Include the entire TTPD setlist + 'Florida!!!' from London (which was an epic performance) and one or two TTPD surprise songs. 'loml' was devastatingly beautiful live, I thought. Using TTPD as the focus, keeps it feeling fresh and different from the first film while giving that Era the spotlight moment it deserves.
Bad news: they own or have exclusivity contract with most stadiums, trying to bypass them is asking to be sent to perform at bars at best. Ticketmaster is an evil monopoly.

A film crew that moves around the stage like she had in L.A. for the concert film is expensive, so they didn't travel, although maybe they filmed multiple nights. A less expensive alternative would be to release the audio of the acoustic performances, which I think would still make a lot of money. I wish the Red Tour concert video was available. From what I read in a comment, the Red Tour was filmed, but the filming rights for the venue weren't secured and that's blocked its release. I hope it exists and will be released someday. A lot of great songs were performed on that tour, but From the Vault also makes me realize that a lot of great songs weren't.

Her relationship with Target goes back further than Speak Now. There were Target exclusive editions of Taylor Swift (Deluxe), Fearless and Fearless: Platinum Edition. Those releases probably just didn't have the big ad campaigns the other ones did. She's had a Target exclusive edition of every album she has released in some form or another.
Great research + exploration, thanks for this video. A side note comes to our minds: all starts would earn a lot more money if music would still sell physical as Cds or Vinyl. Taylor hit some heights in sales on that field too. But compared to before streaming or even to the 60s - 90s, that's before the internet, even her physical record sales are small compared to her level of fame and the size of her fanbase. In short: she and her team know that records don't sell because people use streaming which doesn't pay much to artists ( Taylor had her own battle with Apple and Spotify over this) - so her now selling everything else that has value apart from clothes merch or fragrances, like she does with this book and a film about each tour, is also the new income model for musicians in fame. Mini side not tho this side note: Every artists - so most other artists on the planet, who are in the lower 3 quarters of the pyramid, are basically poor compared to where they could be if people would still buy music on records. However, Taylor is of the most professional ones when it comes to generate revenue from multiple products aside the physical record of what she actually does, music. ( We do like her music btw).
Bypassing book publishers is the worst thing she has done. The book is full of text mistakes and the pictures are so amateurishly put in there. Many literally have taylor not visible at all in the spine of the book.

Then they get no marketing budget and when that happens readers miss out on tons of wonderful books in exchange for another boring ghostwritten celebrity book.
