Some great drone footage, and some great water to fish. I know this word all too well -- "finally" -- and its always nice when we finally catch one. :)
Hi, nice bit of Nymphing water. Did I miss your introduction where you give us all the info on the equipment you will be using? I would love to be able to place myself in your waders and see through your explanations your goals. Catch fish, obviously, but how and with what? Give some thought to your intended audience. Cheers mate. Harera
If you look into the description, I have all of my gear listed there. I have yet to release the extended recap (available to channel members), but that's coming soon. Do you have any specific questions?
Hi, I don’t have any specific questions that could be useful to my trout fishing practice in the Volcanic Plateau of the Taupo are of New Zealand. I am 85 year old angler coming to the end of my days fishing for steelheads and browns. I watch a few videos of anglers and watch out for anything that I might copy. But, for the enjoyment of watching I find that an introduction to the type of rod, line type and weight leader and tippet strength and length plus the type of fly and the reason for using it helps to set up the story. You know, just the way we were taught to compose an essay in school or an instruction seminar in the forces. Introduction, body, and wind up ending to make sure everyone understood the story. Must be twenty years of soldiering all over the world that gave me the thoroughness to find in fishing in this South Pacific paradise! Once again, cheers mate. Harera
@@driftstone There's a lot of river there, it can get crowded on the weekends, but during the week you will find plenty of places to fish. Also theres a ton of places you can park on the side and drop down that fish insanely well that guides dont take their groups to.

Go fish the Owyhee during fall. Its an amazing place. About an hour west from Nampa.
Do I need to worry about how crowded it gets?

@3:52 see them rising towards the end of the center shelf/shoal
That could be, I did fish through all of that water and they didn't have interest in my hopper. Perhaps another fly would have done it.
That looks like mini dungeon water
Oh really? streamers didn't occur to me there.
Great video Eric
Thanks so much, so concludes the Idaho series. Back to regularly scheduled videos :D
