I must admit, Anne... Stan was one of those gentlemen that grew more and more handsome as he aged. It seems to be a blessing that some men are born with :)
One of my outstanding professors at S.F State University. A long long time ago...but I remember him well...especially a lesson on William Blake's "Tiger Tiger"....
My family and I met Stan at one of his art showings at St. Elizabeth's (1999 ish). Such a gracious man - he took the time to visit with us and autographed my invitation. Wonderful memories, thank you for sharing this with us. :)
