Je vous propose aujourd'hui la recette de galette fine ou aghroum akouran au grains de Nigelle, croustillante, facile à réaliser accompagné avec une bonne chorba pour ce mois de Ramadhan
Pour les ingrédients
4 mesures de semoule fine
1 mesure d'huile d'olive ou moitié l'huile d'olive et l'autre l'huile de colza.
1 cuillère à café de sel
1/2 cuillère à café de levure chimique (une demie cuillère)
1 cuillère à soupe de grains de nigelle
300ml d'eau.
