What about credit card tips? Do I have to pay a bartender cash if all my tips are credit cards and I walked away with no cash in my pocket? Please reply some ASAP I need to know by tomorrow morning so i know how to respectfully talk to my boss
I am required to pay 2 percent of my net sales of my tips in a 5hour shift, is this legal??? Also, real busy night I'm asked to contribute more if busser gets my table extra drinks, is this legal??? We do not do tip pooling.
