self exclude I guess is for winnings only. they don't stop them from coming to the casino and self excluded from spending and losing
Self excluded officially from the casino means you agree with the casino that you are banning yourself officially from ANY Ontario casino. And gives the casino the right to arrest you for trespassing into their casino if caught. He SIGNED this agreement.. a MINIMUM of 6 months. He is NOT eligible to win ANY money, he wasn’t supposed to be there in the first place.
It is like a driver who is driving with a suspended license. Someone hits his car, he can’t go after him for money to pay for the damages. Because he WASN’T supposed to drive in the first place.

This is complete bull crap. They let him in to take all his money, then dont give back when he wins? That is his money!! Get a lawyer. If they want to help people then dont let them in at all, so they dont blow their savings with no hope to get it back.
