RT talking about having nightmares of exams reminds me that I honest to God did not study for my exams. My last year of high school was pretty rough because of some family drama, but my Mum (who was also my English teacher) insisted I do them despite my lack of interest to go to uni. I would like to add, I *didn't* read one of the books required for my English exam (it was for a comparative essay, but both books were so dry that I didn't bother with the second), but I was given some paper for a practice exam, that someone else had written over, so you could make out the lines of what they wrote about the book *I HAD NOT read* and it was basically enough to help me bullshit my way through the exam and get an okay score. Again, I didn't care all that much about grades, so I was like "okay, I'll revise using this and just see how we go" and just went in with about two pages of knowledge from someone else's brainstorming from another day; didn't really struggle too much, because I love to write, and I didn't give a shit about the results. After exams (while waiting for the finalised scores and all), my Mum takes me out for lunch and is talking about school, and she brings up marking my practice exam essay, specifically the comparative essay, and gushes about how good it was, because she likes to make herself sound like a wonderful teacher by projecting through her daughter who loves to write. I told her the truth about the cheat sheet I'd been given and how I'd not read the book at all, and I've never seen her face go so pale so fast, it was such a mix of shock, disappointment and awe that I nearly choked on my food.
Yeah I was always the boring friend; still am. Although now it's not that I don't drink, I can't anymore for health reasons. I never partied and I was the only one who didn't find the idea of getting so wasted you can't remember what you spent your night doing in the morning fun x3
I'm the same, except that I've always kept to myself. I've never been buzzed, let alone drunk, never smoked and never tried drugs. I chose not to do that to my body.

Every form of alcohol I've tried has given me a migraine, too, so I think the most I've ever drank was like half a Mike's hard lemonade lmao luckily now bc my liver is being weird I can use that as an excuse to not drink if I have to
