PUERTO RICAN Nail Polish 🇵🇷🏝️ | Bettina Cosmetics VELOCIOUS Line Review

In this swatch sesh I feature Bettina Cosmetics' Velocious line of nail polish and I put one of them through a timed test to see whether or not it dries in 60 seconds as stated on the Bettina Cosmetics website. I swatch a total of 10 nail polishes! 5 from the Velocious line and 5 from their regular line of polish.

Yeah it was close to being dry but not really there! I wish they hadn't felt the need to put that on their website...imo it's fine if I have to wait a few minutes for my polish to dry
