What are the flat breads they put on sticks and the rows of dough looking stuff the cut up? I watch a lot of these and I'm curious!
The flatbread looking ones are fish cakes. The dough looking stuff are Tteokbokki or rice cakes

키로도 다르고 틀리다는 말은 정답 맞힐때 이름 물어볼때 비교나 상대방 성격 생각하는거 다 다르다라고 표현하는겁니다 설탕 많이넣고 꿀엿도 엄청넣네요 달지않을까 싶네요 저도 달게먹는편이긴 하지만 나이먹니까 좀 줄이려고 해도 그게 잘 안되네요ㅠ

Cross contamination.
There are so many different examples of cross contamination...food on floors...cooking different foods (including fish) in the same oil...ect, there is no point in wearing gloves. It's absolutely pointless. After seeing this I would certainly prefer to cook and eat my own food before putting myself at risk for any food borne illnesses that one could get from improper food prep, improper cooking, or storage of any of these foods I watched being prepared and sold on this video. Makes me never want to eat out again....EVER! Especially in this country. I pray no one gets food poisoning and dies from how this is prepped and cooked.
