I usually love tabata but this wasn't my favourite. I struggled with the side lunge + curl and with the tricep circuit. Still got a good workout and now everything is 🔥. Thanks Amy!

Does anyone else's elbow pop when doing triceps?
Yea. Not feeling this workout at all. Cut it short. As soon as she started with circuit 5 saying dead lift and swings, I was like nope. I'm done. 😪

Not liking tabata. Feel like I can't get into the groove with the weights. Its too short go work out the muscles.
