please don't get me wrong guys, this is my IDEAL university morning routine + it deffo doesn't look like this all the time! for example today haha i was up editing this until past 1am and now i have a class in 1.5 hours that i haven't finished homework for... so here i am having only done my meditation, skipped the yoga and workout and will grab a banana and run out the door 🤦🏻♀️
so just know i'm not perfect but this is a guide i like to use and if i do 2 or 3 of the activities i always feel better at uni!

My morning routine when i have a 10.30 class. Getup at 7, leave house by 7.45, catch 8am train. Arrive at uni at 10.15, rush to class..... Housing in The Netherlands is a big expensive joke so public transport it is. But this video was very calming and love the content x
if i didn’t live so close by my routine would be very different!
I’m literally typing this as something to 4 in the morning, wishing I could get up as early as you do 😂 loved this routine though, it was so relaxing

I don't charge my phone at night, so I charge it during the morning 'cause if I go on my phone in the morning I'll be spending far too much time scrolling. I bribe myself by getting a lot done in the morning, so I know I can slack off in the afternoon! It kills me lol This was a great, chilled video.

hi coco, here's some unsolicited advice that someone gave me that made all the difference to not pick up the phone as soon as you wake up: don't charge on your night stand. even charging it on your desk (as long as it's far from your bed, anywhere you want is good) makes all the difference. plus, a tip not to have the urge to pick it up all day (unrelated, but useful): don't look at it as first thing in the morning. personally I trained myself to immediately get out of bed as soon as I open my eyes, alarm or not. if you're not a morning person, put a book on your night stand. you'll get into the habit of reading a bit before leaving your bed, which is much better than scrolling endlessly. now, this is just advice ofc, and what works for me may not work for you, but I suggest you try it out, it may help.
