He doesn't overcomplicate his training but most importantly he understands the importance of rest and listening to his body. He trains hard but only to be at his best. He doesn't destroy himself or see training as a means of punishing himself. He changes and adapts and keeps his training positive. His connection of the mental and physical is the mark of a great athlete. His training is like meditation for him. He is not a slave to his regime, he has confidence to rest and change when he feels tired. Laziness is seen as human and not a reason to complain, just adapt and change and smile again. Very intelligent athlete.
Great breakdown of his training routine. Very scary of what he's capable of, especially those body shots and like you said. His consistency in training is reflected in the consistency of those body shots he lands.
The reason behind his proficient body blows is the painful experience of breaking bones of his hand which happened a few times in the past due understandably to his excessively hard punch. It is rather difficult to break your hand when you hit the opponent's liver, unfortunately if you are at the receiving end.
Sugar Ray Leonard had the same problem. In his biography (or autobiography, I forget which) he says he used to put kotex pads inside his gloves because he hit so hard.

I'm willing to bet that there's a secret that they're not giving away here. A secret to his incredibly devastating speed, power and precision.
I really like this boxer mostly because he's humble and not self opinionated, doesn't have attitude.
Training makes perfect example quote from Bruce Lee (peace be upon him)the successful warrior is the average man with laser like focus, bless all peace cheers
This back to basics approach is also what Mayweather does. Nothing fancy, just mitt work, bag work, pushups, pullups, ab wheel rollouts, dips, situps, running and jump rope.
We often fall in the trap of trying to over complicate things. But always remember this: The basics will ALWAYS work - even at the highest levels of any sport.
I mean doing some strength and conditioning isn’t bad tho
Mayweather ......... who is Mayweather..... 😀😀😀
@Jack YOU FUNNY GAY ......... SO WHO GIVE A F...K ABOUT MAYWEATHER .......... WHAT ABOUT THE REAL BOXERS NOT FAKE CAREAR ......... GIVE ME A BREAK AND GO LICK HIS BOLLS IF YOU LIKE IT SO MUCH. 🤣🤣🤣. I WON T BE SHORE ABOUT THE PUNCH .......
I honestly think he is,not only a great fighter but one of the best p4p fighter..you can tell that he naturally trained and not like another fighter that thinks he is the best fighter by cheating and steroids and peds clause in order to look good and unstoppable...
Dude is ridiculously fast and I love his movement..
Keep it simple, repetition leads to perfection.
Long story short he does everything every other boxer does he's just a better boxer than most!
Amazing content, man
The monster is the best of Asian boxer I’ve ever seen he is fast with devastating blows with a tremendous power with quick counter punches that his opponents doesn’t know when his next punch will connect with his opponents the has good stamina strength accuracy to take his power punches to knock out his opponents the best Asian boxer that’s taken the world by storm even Mike Tyson has said he is a vicious monster make sure the world takes notice of him
Wonderful video and narrating 👌🏻💪🏻 really learnt a lot
GREAT WORK BOXING LIFE 👏. So good , ezy watching , indepth yet simple, 👌 Thanks., and keep on doing it .
Much appreciated barney! Glad you enjoyed it!
his reactions for counters are insane. this guy has some crazy high twitch muscles.
Those weren't normal pull ups with a bar, he's using something where he cant wrap his hands around making it much harder than a regular pull up.
Almost finger pull ups, nice catch
Old school boxing trainers have always been right - lifting weights makes you stiff aka it ducks with your fascia and hence interrupts your kinetic chain . Most important is to know how to generate power
Analitic excellent. Thank you
The next great Asian, the modern Pac-Man but instead of speed he has nukes as fist 🤛. Beautiful video
The more Inoue goes up in weight the more fighters that can take his hits, he has decent boxing skills but it's not at par with the best in the upper weight divisions. I don't think his the second coming of Pac Man.
Some people are born ' heavy handed '...and Inoue is one of those..BUT then you add the velocity generate by the natural speed that he has, plus accuracy, then you have the ultimate in 'power' ..
My favourite fighter hes fast powerful hits like a mule them bodyshots are sickening this guy wont lose in his career i don't see it his chin is great aswell gonna go down as a legend just love when people have this natural strength like ggg wilder
Moster Is like a modern Samurai 😅💪👊
Excellent. An inspiration. Keep making more jealous Filipinos.
Preparation is the key to success. I like his thought process. The universe is mental
This monster is truly frightening for other boxers. And he carries himself like a true champion.
Naoya is actually from Kamogawa Boxing Gym, str8 outta Hajime Ippo
Never really paid attention to him but the kid is really good! I wish him all the best. 😎👊
casimero vs inuoe is one of the most awaited fights
He trained his mentality perfectly
Perfect coordination and speed kills as Mike Tyson's first team used to say when he destroyed everyone.
I want to see Inoue fight Rigondeaux next and see how he can break this fighter's defense
His trainers are family and so fucking good too.
