I thank you for your bravery in sharing this with us. And as well as being informative and moving, your videos have been filled with humour; and your recent one trying to label genital parts was hilarious. Do NOT feel pressured to show us your chest, it's a very personal thing and completely up to you if/when you want to. However, please do show us how happy you are when you've got that horrible dysphoria "off your chest" (pun intended)!
In the future: never be afraid to ask questions about forms if you're confused. I dealt with fears of being mocked for asking questions for a long time, but it's really better to be maybe talked down to for asking questions than to fill out something wrong.

Medical settings always make me nervous! If that starts getting to you redirect your focus to positive things like the end result. All the best, I hope we see you very soon and in good spirits! :)

the finger thing was a pulse/ox it checked your oxygen levels
I don't know if someone already told you but the thing they put on your finger is to count your pulse. I am so happy that things are going so well!
