I’m shopping you guys and Titan. I like your insulation setup better, I also like that it’s so modular. I am also waiting for a twin bed setup as the single beds that are offered are not looking easy for older people to easily get in and out of and I’d like to be able to walk from the front to back if I could. It also would allow hauling taller things without having to convert or disassemble. You could maybe hinge the beds so you could get them out of the way for even more space to haul cargo if desired. I’m tired of building things myself so please hurry.
Thanks for the comment and feedback on the insulation and modularity! Rest assured that a twin bed is top-of-mind for our team. Get in touch with one of our Journey Architects via info@wayfarervans.com to be first on the list when prototype is done and a release date has been set!
Having loved my Gen 1 conversion, I'm super pumped to get my Gen 2 done next month! Love the little (and big!) changes you've made with this new iteration!
Gen 1 drivers should get leather jackets with patches. We could tour the nation and schools could bring the young out to see us. The new interior look stellar. What I love about all generations is the functional simplicity. Some of the vans I encounter feel more like Manhattan apartments than vans. I always wonder where the owners keep their “stuff.” But perhaps the best part is talking accessibility with folks who ask for a van tour. When you talk cost and ease of setup, it feels doable for a lot of people. Viva Wayfarer.
Hahaha yes, Dan! I love where you are going with this but I personally vote for leather vests, let's not stop there, let's turn the vans into blood drive vehicles. How dare you, at least with the Manhattan apartment vans you are getting more square footage than an actual Manhattan apartment, so the value is obviously there ;) Always enjoy seeing your comments on here, keep em coming! Talk soon!
Hi Diane, Its actually a table but that was part of our 1st generation build and we now offer the more practical Lagoon table instead, as shown on the video!
After three years full-time, the box by the sliding door had become weathered. I sanded and refinished the outward facing surfaces. Other than that, my 2021 build retains 100% form and function. I see no reason to believe it wouldn't last 20+ years.

Still waiting on the twin bed setup. :)
Keep your eyes peeled.... 👀
@@WayfarerVans I'll be watching for it, too!
Yes. A lot of us don’t need a huge bed.
@@WayfarerVans Nice. Want to travel with friends so twin beds set up like the Travato would be great.

I love everything Wayfarer does. The new version looks great but........... I LOVE our 2020 version. I wouldn't change a thing.
Aww, shucks - we love everything you do with your van! Gen I will always hold a special place in our heart 🥰
I can't wait! See you soon!
The stoke is high over here!
Great video! Looking forward to purchasing our own wayfarer conversion in 2025.
Can't wait, Wendy!

Comparisons are helpful
Glad to hear!
Very interested in the twin bed set up. Let me know.
How about something for the Chevy Express model
Thanks for the note - the only conversions we currently offer are for the RAM ProMaster and Ford Transit vans!

Huzzah! Thanks for the comment, John - and nothing but positive vibes for your continued travels 🙌
I need a bunkbed set up.
they have a bunk bed setup, you just need the driver side and passenger side wheel well boxes and bed riser, then you can have a double bunk bed
