Brother I get you trying to do the work and record at the same time and you did a phenomenal job. Thank you so much for taking the time I just have to ask that diamondback tool that you were using. I’m trying to find that to learn a little more about it because sometimes we taking things too we think they are tight enough or we taking things too much and break so that’s an interesting piece of equipment.

Yes, you have too in order to remove the cord though the hole
yup and I will never buy another Dualtron until they make a commitment to design a scooter with easy-to-access user-replaceable part. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed

u can pass the wire through the hole one by one iv done this a few times never soldered once.

Do you have to heat screws on brake disk before you unscrew them? Also do you know size and type screw in case I need to replace them. One more question how much Nm torque tight do you apply when putting back the M5X25 motor/ rim screws
6nm torque but I like to use the tool to have each screw evenly tight

It’s the same one from the front but I cut bottom to fit it in
Hey, how did you unsolder the pins ?
Place the solder iron on the pin and it will soften so you can remove the wire
i just thread them thro on mine never needed to solder anything.
How did you put those red color on those tire lines did you paint it?
I bought the red rotors online

So did you have to take your motor wires threw the disc to remove the disc brakes? My nanrobot is like that. Seems a lot of work for a 6 bolt process lol
Damn so replacing the disk you have to solder?
Yes, you have to unsolder and solder the motor cable connectors in order to pass it through the axle hole. Unfortunately the disk is on the same side as the motor cable.
