We are super excited to have booked a fireworks dining package at the Spice Table for Luminous in Epcot (we have never been, so this will be a first)! We hope to bring that video to you soon, as well! Hope you've enjoyed our Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package video!! Let us know if you found this to be helpful!
I was hoping to see what Luminous looked like from the UK side. I was there last week and watched it 4 times. Loved the new show! (and Norway was the best place I found, but as long as you can see the barges with no trees you should be fine!)
Oh that's soo good to know! We caught the show briefly last night just walking around Epcot, and seems like this one doesn't rely on projections like Harmonious did, so where you stand seems to matter less... We are heading back out to check out the dining package at Spice Road table for Luminous and will let everybody know how that goes!
@@journeywithjinandmike I’ll be looking forward to that one! The other nice thing is you really don’t have to be right up “front” to enjoy everything. There’s also a little nod to Illuminations on Spaceship Earth at one point but that’s the only time they used it. (I watched from Japan once)
@@triton6127 I miss Illuminations! The little that we saw of Luminous actually reminds me of World of Color in Disney California Adventure with the water effects. I am looking forward to sitting down and watching the whole show soon!
I don't know if the Questions already been answer but the coronation salad is probably a curried mayonnaise sauce Coronation chicken is very popular in the UK mostly in sandwiches
I think you are right! According to the official menu, it's made with a Madras Dressing, which after some research, seems to be curry-based! Thanks so much for the comments!!! I keep learning something new!
Thanks so much! The dining area is outside by the water front. While the inside of the restaurant is quite noisy, the outside is not as bad in my opinion; however, that will really depend on your daughter's tolerance to noise level, as well. They do pipe in the music, and you can definitely hear the fireworks going off. That said, I don't think it's particularly louder than if you were watching it near the water front elsewhere by the World Showcase lagoon. Sorry if this doesn't quite answer your question but hopefully it helps!
Thank you so much for writing back! We ended up eating in Italy and once the fireworks started, we watched for a few minutes, but then she asked to leave. Maybe when she is a bit older the Rose and Crown dinner with work :)
Great question! The lower deck by the reserved seating is roped off and only for the Fireworks Package guests. Typically, that area would have been open to the fireworks dining package guests anyway, but sometimes they close it off due to wind and weather. We went back again for Luminous more recently to check out their dining package and were able to sit right next to the water. Hope this helps!
Do you know how they would handle inclement weather such as rain? I want to book this package but looks like some of it is uncovered so I'm nervous about that
Really good question! If it’s severe weather, then the show itself might be impacted. I think in another video that I did about the Rose and Crown dining package that it was really windy, so they moved us to the upper platform where it was covered and allowed us to move closer to the water front (the lower deck area) when it was time for the show. Hope this helps!
The thing is about the shepherd's pie is it's not a real shepherd's pie it's a cottage pie A shepherd's pies are made with lamb and I have been and I know it's made with beef And the flavor is definitely not the same
Ah, that's interesting. I suppose that makes sense since a shepherd is, by definition, a person who tends, herds, feeds, or guards flocks of sheep and not cows! Thanks for letting us know!!

Great video! Question: my daughter is not a fan of loud noises. Would you say eating here and watching the fireworks is loud? Thank you so much!!

@@caitpereira absolutely! Hope you all had a great time! The Italy Pavilion is absolutely gorgeous at night, too! 😊
Well not suprising it's expensive but it is dinsey but if you go on your birthday it is worth it
Yeah, Disney is pretty expensive now for sure! But we definitely TRIED to drink our money back... 🤣
Wait question so when you went to the lower level next to the water, was that for everyone or did youbask or does it get packed?
