If you’re an inspector no wonder the police are useless.
She ordered him not to exercise the right to engage in lawful activity in a public place, e.g., ordered him not to fly his drone in airspace that the Civil Aviation Authority has deemed as public airspace, i.e., it is lawful for manned and unmanned aircraft to fly in that airspace.
You know a Police Officer is wrong in the head when they tell members of public not to engage in lawful activity in a public place.
It's basically saying, "Don't do what is lawful".

You'd think an Inspector would have a modicum of knowledge of the CAA Act 2012. Even a basic awareness of it's existence and how it gives the public the right to fly drones in public airspace. However, it seemed she had a blank and confused expression for the entire interaction, from which we can infer that she had no clue about drone laws.
