When you ask any other officer why someone put you in handcuffs they say it’s upto the detaining officer. So don’t let another officer tell you why the detaining officer has detained you. She had NO clue why she had done what she had done

Happened in MET-POLICE area of jurisdiction.

When you ask any other officer why someone put you in handcuffs they say it’s upto the detaining officer. So don’t let another officer tell you why the detaining officer has detained you. She had NO clue why she had done what she had done
