- I visit Coventry Police station, I had planned to go after seeing another auditors video where he was cuffed for no reason. Then i saw Auditing Britain had also been and had issues... so I went and they didn't disappoint !

What's even more staggering about your treatment is that the Plod were aware of the fact that you were video recording. You'd think that they'd want to abuse your rights off camera.

@@125pheonix- Be careful on the run away train. It was a detainment, not an arrest. The detainment was to "find out details because you were flying a drone over a police station." But, yes, it was an unlawful detainment , no Section of law given, only a description of a lawful activity that was pre-approved by both the very first officer and confirmed by the PCSOs. Notice none of the police participants identified themselves until requested, various other Policy failures: hands in pockets, failure to identify, were any of the police filming? It really couldn't have gone better for DJE, complete with independent witnesses. 😊

You could see from the interaction she had no clue why she put him in cuffs. She just did, she was out of breath and her adrenaline was pumping! Her sergeant then had to attend and retrospectively create a crime she suspected him off. She hadn’t a clue. I get the same way when I hear an American telling the world what to do.

You have a claim for illegally detaining you which is false imprisonment. Thompson and HSU versus the chief of police of the metropolis states any part of the first hour of an illegal detainment is a minimum of £500 compensation. Assualt and battery. The legal definition is the fear of being harmed. Battery the legal definition is unwanted contact. You have a claim for all three. Also they violated your article 10 human rights. Also article one protocol one human rights. HNK solicitors love suing these tyrants for misconduct. If you don't put a claim in then stop doing the audits as it's pointless as they will never learn and just keep abusing are rights.

In the UK you can walk on a road, no such thing as J walking either. And under section 170 highway code vehicles have to give priority to pedestrians.

All was thrown out in court as it was corrupt. But the PSNI don't really bother anymore with that law. As most cases have been thrown out before reaching court. Because of highway code 170, rule H2 and rule 221 and I think 193 of the code. Am a Limavady man born and bred moved to England when I was 40 in 2007

I sincerely hope you are going to take this further. That was most certainly an illegal detainment as she had no idea what law; if any had been broken, and was unable to tell you. Even when the other officers turned up not one of them was sure about the drone law. What is the point of what you do if you do not hold them to account. She will have not learned anything as she was still clueless when she walked away.
