Good review. There is no refinement issues as such, it's just the grunt u hear while u r riding. Overall it's a good bike in terms of quality and finish in this category 👍.
Me and my wife did a ride to Mahabaleshwar on my Apache 200 BS4 model. It took was 7 hours to reach and it was the most enjoyable ride for us. We explored so many places that are not normally possible to go in a car. TVS bikes are fantastic value for the price - but the only issue is the servicing done by authorized service center. They are useless - just useless. I hope TVS really works on tightening these service centers - else, all the bikes they make can be thrown in the dust bin after 2 years because they warranty expires if you don't service at the authorized center and authorized center are clueless idiots. They spoil the bike more than service it. Unless you spend extra money and time in servicing it elsewhere, you will never be satisfied with your bike.
You said it is very vibey at 115-120. So what is the ideal top speed for cruising in it. And in terms of top cruising speed how well it goes with the smooth engine of sf 250?
1.Maine bhi feel kiya woh front fork ka problem lag raha tha muje bt jaise app bol rahe ho ki fairing ka awaj ho sakt hai kuch our oata nahi bt bohot irritate hota hai jab awaj atta hai , 2. same speed pr gadi chalaye toh alag hi awaj atta hai chain ka ya engine se regular interval se like after every 1 sec or 1.5sec yeh notice kiya apne toh solution kuch hoga toh batana ...!!! 3. Vibration bohot hai handle mai n body mai toh apan kuch rubber parts fix kr sakte hai seat ke niche n faring mai jaha se kuch vibration minimise ho jayee 4. Agar pilion ko bithana hai toh back seat upgrade krvana padega along with a handle which is fixed on tank jo ki pilion hold kr payega high speed maii 5. Use rubber seat cushion which create proper resistance use that design horizontally on seats to avoid slipping while riding 6. If we use urban mode n speed between 80 to 120 then surely avg might be between 38 to 40kmpl 7. Viaterra ka tail bag 48l ka comfortable hoga as a sport bike corner ka maja bhi lete aayega n touring ka bhi 8.upgrade to any viscous filter (k&n or bmc like waise) to get a sport bike sound with stock exhaust or may use long can exhaust with long baffle( use as db killer) , and use irridium spark plug 9. Jaha jaha ho payega sab jagahh kuch rubber packing add kr doo to reduce vibration 10. Lever guard se bhi vibration kam hoga try krr ke dekhna 11. Tank pad both side with a rubber grip 12. Mere pass BTO variant hai toh uska fork adjustment parr dhyan dena according to ur ride race track or urban or touring
Nice review, nice video 👍👍 Covered most of the important aspects. Well made video with pretty good editing and suitable background music which is in sync with the voice, not sudden loud in comparison to voice, which is a good thing 👍
Pardon for the late reply. Touring with pillion won't be that comfortable. You can easily mount tail bag as I did and there are saddle bags available in market which fits well on RR310.
the issue u were mentioning there at 17.10, noise coming from front suspension due to some damping issue, in slow speed!! But from what i have found, is that it is a sound coming from front disk brake setup..TVS uses some other type of Brake pads for the RR310, and the friction between Pad and disk plate creates that noise in slow speed! Thats what i have felt after inspecting numerous times, rest front suspension is superbly setup
About the vibration you said I'll disagree cause I have taken it till 125kmh and haven't felt much of it and it's not the vibration it's the nature of the engine that's what company says!

If it was a twin cylinder with the same price, it would have been the best deal. Every review I see I hear everyone complaining about vibrations. I want to purchase this one. Really confused as we have so many options in the price range.

Vibration is an myth, that's the default behaviour of engine, I have road it above 125kmph , did not feel any vibration
