When I shoot all those footage I was alone. Sometimes during in one song played in one place I was shooting Zak foot or spencer fingers playing guitar or the public to be able to edit something that shows all what happen in Hella's shows. The show on the left is somehow the straight line with no edit, also is the best sound I had from all the shows i shut. And for your knoxledge all these songs were put in a film I made call "My wife wants to kill me". The Hella's 2007 european tour. gregN
i've come to really enjoy these videos, because you have the live shoot on the left for the sound, and then other collages on the right. it shows the incredible exactitude of their compositions, being played different times in different places altogether, but obviously with slight variations. it shows the complexity, accuracy and subtle improvisation or change in a very impressive way. thanks for these.
haha for a while i didn't realize that half of the drumstick was black... thought they were just half as long and that zach hill just felt like playing with chop sticks cuz he's badass like that
