這雞的做法，跟香港的白斬雞做法是一樣的，浸過冰的熟雞，會在雞皮與雞肉之間，產生有一層啫喱狀的物質。
而且，雞肉會變得非常嫩滑，十分好吃😋👅👍👏

I see this is how they make the rice n the chicken. Nor wonder it tasted good, I tasted the dishes when I visited New York, New York China town. Fr Ohio, it took me 3hrs flight to get there. ❤
