I never see rags to riches use the little portable cooler from outdoor retreat. It’s less than 150 simoleans and you can easily live off of it as a good source until you buy a house and can actually install a full kitchen. Way better value then the cheapest fridge and serves the purpose.
Not to mention the lunchbox we got half a year ago! It's cheaper than the cooler and is base game! (Always Has A Snack-Bag costs §125 whereas the Chillville Portable Cooler costs §145)
That first episode was so soothing that I have replayed it probably 10 times to help me fall asleep. She's such a free spirited, sentimental Sim. I'm so glad there's a part 2 now!
You could probably have lived off the rec center in San Sequoia. It has a kitchen, bathrooms with showers, a gym, computers, art room and music room, and games. Add a tent or a sleeping bag and you could live there. That would be a fun challenge to do actually.
One last comment from me: I'm old enough to be a player of the OG Sim City from 1989 and onwards into my teens. I was 10 years old in 1989, by 1995 Sim City was being played on our school and college computers because it was a pretty small, uncomplicated programme, it took up very little hard drive space and very little memory to run. Anyway, after Sim City I remember the upgrades like Sim City 2000, but then there were the oddities! And some weren't actually that bad! Sim Ant (yes, Sim ANT!🙂) was the first 'alternative' Sim game from Maxis (Maxis is nodded to in The Sims with Planet Sixam obviously) that first caught my eye. Control an Ant, influence the Colony etc. An ant farm for your PC pretty much! It had pretty good reviews, and that it apparently holds up even now - a good game indeed! Sim Earth, Sim Farm, Sim Life and Sim Tower are the other Sim games that I remember from my early teens. I can't remember what I was actually going to make a point of in my comment!🤔 Er, I guess... that I'm old? (45. Not THAT old, but for these days, yeah - Old!😁) Oh yeah, I was just gonna say that I played the originals - The Sims, and The Sims 2 on my PS2 and fuck me, I found them to be the most irritating, dull, annoying games that I played! I just wasn't hooked like so many other people were. Hey ho! BUT! I have always enjoyed watching others play it. I just felt like I had a lack of control over the sims just because they sometimes wouldn't do what you asked of them, and that they were seemingly autonomous every now and then... ie they're hungry, so you tell them to make food. They make food and *_then_* they put it aside and either make *_MORE_* food or they eat leftovers from the fridge! Like, what the fuck are you doing you annoying fucking Sim of mine?!!! Aaargh!! 🤬😆🤷♂

Aaah I loved that game 😄 I'm a couple of years older than you (just had a major milestone birthday ahem) and I played the original Sims game on my PC...I had a mod where you could upload a photo of your face to attach to your sim, it was actually pretty creepy 😆 Anyway, much love from someone EVEN OLDER than you 🤣😘
That was REALLY fun to watch, I loved it!! I wanna request a 3rd and 4th video where she upgrades to middles class then becomes rich and maybe gets married and has kids lol!
I love having my sim immediately get good at gardening so she can keep 2 or 3 pomegranate trees on her lot as a sidegig while she pursues other careers.
This Sim is just so adorable! I am loving the full circle moments we’re getting with the shorter story lines lately. Keep these up! Wouldn’t mind a part 3 for Ms. Cleo! ❤
FYI for anyone who does paintings over and over again in order to earn money; It's actually more profitable to do the smallest paintings. I know the bigger paintings intuitively seem like they'll get you a better profit, but since the smallest paintings are significantly quicker to paint, you'll earn more than you would from a large painting in the same amount of time.
FYI: I always use the nanotech trash can because it spits out money everytime you throw something away! And I have wicked whims installed so I don’t even have to buy my sim a toilet, my sim can just piss anywhere really

With the SNB mod and SNB bills, you can choose to only have a phone on, but I think that’s like $70 for just your phone if I remember right from when I see takeoff whenever I build a household and then to move them, I will turn my phone on and everythingso really that phone bill was a little cheaper. You didn’t use anything so it was basically only your phone amount.
The moment you realize that 50 simoleons for 2hrs too low but if that was dollars that would be a pretty good wage irl 😅 (Like 25/hr not only having a 2hr shift)

Probably a silly question.. but how do you make a lot that a sim can rent from that isn't the standard renting lots that come with for rent/city living? When I make an rental lot it always gives my sim a home lot from it so she's by default a landlord not a renter like I'd want.
You can delete holidays from the calendar before 6am the day of (all holidays start at 6am) If you hit the X at the top of the holiday once it’s active, it’ll only cancel the holiday for the current household Otherwise, for skipping, you just don’t participate in the holiday

If she got a mini goat she could “milk for simoleons” and get 20 simoleons a day and it only cost 4 simoleons to feed them

There is a Mod that gives you more than two columns when picking clothes. I could never go back now. lol I think there are choices between 3, 4, or 5.
