As a player who started 6 months after launch, it took over my life for 2 years……
After guilds drop tomorrow, you should do this again, only put your new character on a guild and use the guild ship so you can sell more quickly. Additionally, guilds can run an emissary flag, which gets it's own rep and gold multiplier, it's just not as high as a reaper flag.

You might want to think about using a popscreen for your next videos or an equalizer to filter out some of the low frequency explosives.
It will significantly improve the quality of your voice and is not expensive at all.

I always do sea forts as they get you reputation for all of the companies. You also get a butt ton of supplies and money. SEA FORTS ARE THE GOATTTTT

what do you recommend for leveling athena’s fortune solo?
Hourglass made me go from 12 to 24 in just a few weeks of on an off playing. Don't forget to raise Athena before diving and picking up flags. If you feel like PvE the Veil quests give the most EXP time-wise.

people struggle with Skeleton fleets? I guess if you are on larger ships they might be more annoying, but it is my favourite world event in the game, especially as a solo slooper

I am working on trying to get to pirate legend currently I’m still trying to level merchant to level 50 and everything else above

I'm around 15 levels on each of the 3 Gold, Soul & Trade from 50... It's been like 5 years... I get distracted easily 😂
Thats the fun in sea of thieves. The distractions is what keeps me in the game. Levels mean NOTHING in my book.
