I have a friend in Kuwait who is an Aircraft Technician who worked on this aircraft at Kuwait Airport. He told me about this today
New as in it's a new fleet for the RCAF. They said from the begining some would be used and some would be new.

Beautiful livery. Like the country itself. If the government bought it 2nd hand from Kuwait then they spended the tax payers money very reasonable.
It is a sleek looking jet. For once, I can agree our prime minister doing something "decent" with the RCAF fleet.
