Sure, AI can replicate the artist fairly closely, but for now it doesn't have the depth of the original voice. I also think that in the not-too-distant future it will be indistinguishable between a human voice and an artificial one.

I heard your other Elvis song, the "lost" song from the Comeback Special, before I heard this version. I was not impressed with the "lost" song -- it lacked Elvis' reverberation that was so elemental to his sound. But this is a really good effort. It captures the typical early Elvis vibe (the stereotypical Elvis rockabilly style). Having said that, I really like Elvis after this period, so I would hope that you'll continue to improve and get the sound correct from that period, but I thought THIS was a really good effort. Good job, and don't be discouraged by those who will listen to anything and then tell you "It's not as good as Elvis." Unfortunately, it comes with the territory. Nothing is as good as Elvis and they can't seem to grasp the idea that fans love to play What If? There's a lot of good AI song covers out there that are totally believable. What there aren't is a lot of new AI songs that are believable (and remember, songwriting is hard; just because it rhymes doesn't make it a great song, it just makes it "Petunia, the Gardner's Daughter," not "In the Ghetto"). Your "lost" song was not one of them. But this one was a really good start, and it's only going to get better -- and you're only going to get better.
Yes, I totally agree with you, making an Elvis song is much more difficult than any other singer since his style and vocal richness are almost impossible to match, generally from what I've been hearing the voice is good but the singing style is never the same, the song I made about the 68 special I think that in the musical part the AI captured it perfectly and the voice is correct but his style does not have the vocal richness of Elvis because it is very difficult to reach that perfection, I will continue trying to improve in that aspect since as an Elvis fan I always want to hear new things and have them heard by generations that perhaps do not know him and have their first contact thanks to AI. @@NomadSoundwaves The other problem faced by AI creators is that Elvis' voice is so distinct, especially to his fans. You never hear Elvis singing and think, "Oh, that could be Neil Diamond." Doesn't happen. The great singers have a distinct voice, but Elvis is really in another category because he is so well known (and beloved). And his fans are defensive, so it's tough doing what you're doing if you don't have a product that's better than B-plus. You've got to bring your A game for fans/trolls when it comes to making Elvis music. I'm a big fan too and I can assure you that I've listened to his entire discography in the studio, live, rarities, even Orion, countless times more than you have. Yep, it has all the trappings of Elvis’s voice and movie era travel log nothingless songs without substance. Elvis resented doing songs like that and hearing jumbled up AI created of its kinda cool to me but no one and nothing can recapture Elvis’s soulful feel and charisma
Obviously! But Ai is growing by leaps and bounds, and I think that in a short time it will be able to replicate the charisma and spirit of any singer perfectly, to the point of not knowing if it is real or synthetic.
Even the least inspiring movie songs were a thousand times better than this - i.e. because it was the real thing, and not an A.I. creation that sounds nothing like it.
I agree, you can't perfect what is perfect, but I will try to demand that AI give its best effort so that at least it can reach the sole of its boot.
Ihave never ever watched or listened to an Elvis imitator and don’t intend to now I have read the comment that we need new music to present an up,to date image. WHY . ? Elvis sung every type of music ballads blues rock and roll. Gospel Country. and did it all far better than anyone else can possibly do I am disappointed in EPE for their part. in this
I agree that Elvis could sing any style and did it better than anyone else, and I thought the same about imitators, until I heard Jimmy "Orion" Ellis, the guy had the same vocal style as Elvis, so much so that even Elvis' original musicians couldn't tell which was which. Look it up and then tell me what you think.
I heard your other Elvis song, the "lost" song from the Comeback Special, before I heard this version. I was not impressed with the "lost" song -- it lacked Elvis' reverberation that was so elemental to his sound. But this is a really good effort. It captures the typical early Elvis vibe (the stereotypical Elvis rockabilly style). Having said that, I really like Elvis after this period, so I would hope that you'll continue to improve and get the sound correct from that period, but I thought THIS was a really good effort. Good job, and don't be discouraged by those who will listen to anything and then tell you "It's not as good as Elvis." Unfortunately, it comes with the territory. Nothing is as good as Elvis and they can't seem to grasp the idea that fans love to play What If? There's a lot of good AI song covers out there that are totally believable. What there aren't is a lot of new AI songs that are believable (and remember, songwriting is hard; just because it rhymes doesn't make it a great song, it just makes it "Petunia, the Gardner's Daughter," not "In the Ghetto"). Your "lost" song was not one of them. But this one was a really good start, and it's only going to get better -- and you're only going to get better.
Yes, I totally agree with you, making an Elvis song is much more difficult than any other singer since his style and vocal richness are almost impossible to match, generally from what I've been hearing the voice is good but the singing style is never the same, the song I made about the 68 special I think that in the musical part the AI captured it perfectly and the voice is correct but his style does not have the vocal richness of Elvis because it is very difficult to reach that perfection, I will continue trying to improve in that aspect since as an Elvis fan I always want to hear new things and have them heard by generations that perhaps do not know him and have their first contact thanks to AI. Thanks for your encouragement and I will try to get as close as possible to his style, but never equal it!
@@NomadSoundwaves The other problem faced by AI creators is that Elvis' voice is so distinct, especially to his fans. You never hear Elvis singing and think, "Oh, that could be Neil Diamond." Doesn't happen. The great singers have a distinct voice, but Elvis is really in another category because he is so well known (and beloved). And his fans are defensive, so it's tough doing what you're doing if you don't have a product that's better than B-plus. You've got to bring your A game for fans/trolls when it comes to making Elvis music. But I personally like what you're trying to do -- but I'm mature enough to understand what it is, and what it isn't. Good luck.

Why bother with this AI bulls..t ? If you count live albums, there are probably close to 500 Elvis songs to listen to. Does an AI generated song add to Elvis greatness?
For an Elvis fan, 500 songs are not enough, unfortunately there will be no new songs from the King, therefore I will continue creating and perfecting Elvis songs so that perhaps, and thanks to AI, new generations who do not know him, will get closer to Elvis' original discography and can hear him for the first time.

As a fan of 47 years' standing, I find it laughable that anyone would think this sounds like Elvis in any way, shape or form. It's atrocious. You have to hear to believe? I congratulate you for being such a big Elvis fan! I'm a big fan too and I can assure you that I've listened to his entire discography in the studio, live, rarities, even Orion, countless times more than you have. The Ai gives us the chance to listen to new things, which may be better or worse but always with the possibility of improving and perfecting them. Elvis can never be improved because you can't perfect what's perfect, even the Ai has a hard time reaching such perfection, but we'll always try to get as close as possible, it may or may not work, but we'll always keep trying. I was young and silly and wouldn't do it when I asked if I would have to cut my long hair and dress western style and they said 'of course'. I was into British style rock then.
