Yeshivish is a mode of speech used by people who attend and teach at Yeshiva. According to Chaim Weiser who has written The First Dictionary of Yeshivish (Frumspeak) it is ”English laced with Hebrew, Yiddish, and Aramaic words”.
There is no exact definition especially when it comes to shidduchim (matchmaking). Loosely, it someone who is in a yeshiva, but modern orthodox people who go to places like Yeshiva University (I still love you guys!) aren't classified as yeshivish. Yeshivishe guys do thinks in very particular ways and as this song points out have their own vocabulary.
