I think he made the whole song sounds chaotic on purpose, it highlights this part and made it sound godly
yeah the contrast heightens this sliver of his classic soul sampling so much. even what they're saying is referring to what yeezus is, a complete departure from ye's prior sound to something very jarring and industrial. he's giving us this new sound because he feels it's the way to go, even if it's not what the fans wanted initially.
