EPS bean bag filling machine operation process

Hello everyone, I am Fiona, in this video we will explain in detail the operation process of the EPS bean bag filling machine.
First, we need to insert the transparent tube on the right side of the machine into the filling material and ensure that the tube is fully inserted to absorb enough filling.
Next, insert the filling tube into the bean bag, and step on the foot switch, the machine will automatically start filling. Keep the filling tube stable and ensure that the mouth of the bean bag is not too loose to avoid spillage of the filling.
In addition, a funnel-like device is designed underneath the machine to collect the spilled filling material. When you press the black button, the machine will automatically suck back these spilled fillings and reuse them, effectively avoiding material waste.
The filling volume is mainly controlled by time. But we also offer several filling tubes with different diameters to change the filling flow.
