I didn't skip school that often but I slept through basically every single class in HS. Our school day had like 7 classes and I swear I would slept through 6,5 of them. Crazy how I didn't fail a single year during my entire school career now that I think about it.
I fell asleep a lot..every single time i would use my hand to prop my head up, while my elbow is planted on the desk..and every time..my head would slip from my hand..and my ass would feel that dream falling heart attack
I wasn't allowed to skip school even when my kneecaps dislocated, the only way to travel through all my classes was stairs and the staff guarded the elevators. :(
zoom classes were goated, me and the boys were playing csgo comp the whole time 💀 one time my friend left his zoom mic on and insulted the teacher thinking she couldnt hear. good times bro
Here’s a good tactic for skipping school: If you got no sleep last night, instead of telling them that, just tell them you’re sick instead! Getting no sleep will make you look like a walking corpse, and given the fact that your parents are probably up early for work and dead tired themselves, they might not be able to tell the difference! Like Wurdie said though, whatever you do, *don’t tell them you got no sleep!* The moment you do that, you can bet your bottom dollar they’re making you go!
Yeah… I never had that luxury of online school. Before COVID I graduated in 2018, so yeah… attended school every day. Got the grades I wanted, did I get any benefit out of it? Not really just led too more stress of going from part time too full time of a dead end job. That is what High School got pretty much everyone.
In Second Grade, My mom was proud of me of how my grades were in school so she called the school and told them I had a cold (which I really didn’t) and I skipped school for an entire week
Cant wait to see people saying skipping school and classes is bad for your future, with them not even being halfway through. Reminds me of people who said evading draft for WW1 was bad, and never went to WW1.
I guess I was in the opposite situation, where my grades were high enough that no teacher gave a fuck what I did. So of course, I pulled out the gaming laptop and played Kingdoms of Amalur and Warcraft 3 in the middle of the class where everyone could see me. I did Skyrim once too. And one teacher was cool enough that he'd just let me leave the school in his class, it was the last one of the day.
I skipped a assembly the second to last week of my senior year. Mind you, I was 19. I just up and bailed. Walked to the dollar store, bought some drinks and some chips and sat in the park. I got caught and got detention for a week which I also bailed. I still graduated
Believe it or not, but I’ve never faked being sick to skip school because I have this weird thing where I feel extremely guilty for the smallest things, so if I faked being sick to skip school, I’d feel like a criminal
I actually had this moment where I had the chance to skip school when the gate was left OPEN during recess but since I obviously knew my parents were there and I could not make an excuse I stayed
I only skipped school/class about 4 times total. Was only semi-caught once (teacher suspicious, but nothing came of it), but it was surprisingly easy to just walk out of school. Just walking out with purpose! I even had a specific hall that was excellent for it, despite also not having much cover for hiding. One skip was because i didn't want to dissect stuff in my bio class, so i skipped the latter half of the school day. It was my first time, I think I was a Sophmore, and had even planned it out. Looked for the most inconspicuous exit earlier in the week and settled on the art wing's long, empty ass hallway. Just acted as if i was going to go to the art room and do a casual look behind me, then just exit outside. We did have roaming police, but it was only one or two people. I think i ditched my backpack for this one because it'd be too suspicious considering we're not allowed to use them during school. I just walked to the nearest street corner so i could get out of the school's sight faster and then started walking home. While it was a decently long walk (20-30 mins) it was so fantastic to reach home when no one but my dog was present and relax! Until my sister came home from college early. I hid in my room, door closed, and turned off anything with noise. She left after about 15 minutes and i was back to relaxing! Other times i just went to the mall, this time with a backpack ready (Messenger bags were less suspicious looking)! Mainly because a parent or sister was home for the day and i didn't want to get caught. Good times! thanks for reminding me of that feeling!
I kinda miss online school cause I remember when me and my friends would literally turn off our cameras and play among us during class lmao. Funny thing is even though I didn’t really pay much attention and even watched anime during class sometimes I still got all A’s and sometimes a B, (with some cheating but school was pretty easy in general)
Man I'm with you, I remember my 7th grade year, when we had online class, though I payed attention in class and did all my work, I still got to relax afterwards, it felt so much more rewarding than being in-person
Tmw you're in your bed thinking how your class is having math at the moment. But you're in bed. It's a better feeling than your dad returning with the milk.
6:24 When online school was around, my teachers would put us all in breakout rooms to do assignments, and we did not do SHIT in those breakout rooms lmao Shit was like a free period
I never skipped school, at least in middle school and high school. In elementary school, my father once taught me that skipping school is not okay, it’s a shame to be skipping school, because it shows how indulgent you are to yourself. So since then, I never skipped school. Even when I was not feeling well, I never did skip school.
For me it was so easy because i lived like 1 street away from school and my parent's wouldn't be home during school times, so id just go home and chill. Plus my school was outdated so it was easier to get away with skipping. Until one day i get home and my older sister was there sitting on the couch 💀
i used to fake being sick to skip school because I was afraid of the fire alarm/fire drills at school and also whenever i didn't do my hw i would skip school to avoid facing my teacher (and also be able to do my hw at home and turn it in later w/o getting in trouble. (My homework from that class was on paper btw).
Last year I skipped 3/4 of the classes, I am fr, I calculated it. My mom is an absolute legend, she just signed me off when I said: mom I don’t feel like going. Then we would go shopping and shit. And you know, I easily made the year. In fact, I had one of best grades lists. That’s why she was so chill with it. It was so much fun lol
in my school there an elephant in the room. you see if you skip the whole school day you get 1 point, and if you get enough points, your progress to next grade is non-existing, and thats elementary school, in middle and high school, every school hour is 1 point. so if you skip a total of 2 weeks you stay. that increadible painful, i mean if your careful youl get a warning and spare you but if you abuse it, then karma will be on your way
I remember I was in 8th Grade during when it was all remote during half of 2020-2021 school year. There was only 3 days i missed due to the fact the school never taught us how to used this website called schoology, which was pure ass. On the the 3rd day I only went to my 1st period class but fell asleep the rest of the day causing me to miss more classes. Believe it or not in the second half of the year, it became hybrid, I didnt go back to school til March. Now you maybe confused, but honestly, I hated online school more than regular school. I got even less sleep than I did before and it was impossible to skip since they will notify your parents, although they didn't those other days I not showed up. But my mom was working from home so yeah. I ended up graduating from middle school depsite the trials during the year. During 9th Grade Freshman year, alot of kids did skip days, mainly Monday, Wednesday (since it was always a half a day), and Friday. This was when it was fully in person, but masks were still required, but at least social distancing was relaxed. Sophmore year is when things became fully normal. I am going into my Junior year of high school and I am almost there. 😮💨🙌🏾
bro how tf do you american kids skip school so easily? here in australia it's a lot harder, especially for my school. 1. attendance. if you're absent, a notification gets sent to BOTH of your parents through their emails AND messages. also my school marks attendance every period 2. the school layout and leaving class. my school was an outdoor school, meaning if you weren't in a room or a certain wing (science labs or technology rooms), then you were outside, and you were most likely near an open space or a hotspot for teachers (eg. staff room, office, etc.), or you were near or in an open space, meaning you were susceptible to getting caught in 4k without you knowing until it's too late. anyway, leaving class was painful. to just leave class, you had to get your student diary signed by a teacher, which recorded how long you were out of class, why you were out of class and the day. also, even if you didn't want to leave school and just chill in the bathroom, the school LOCKED THE BATHROOM, AND YOU HAD TO SHOW THE FRONT OFFICE YOUR PASS SO THEY COULD GIVE YOU THE KEY. also my school had a rule where only certain year groups could use one of the two bathrooms, to narrow down suspects for incidents in the bathrooms. however, an easy excuse to get out of this was to leave your bag somewhere and then pretend you lost your bag, and then just roam around the school to clear your mind or just wait for someone else to get the key and you go in with them. then you can come back at the end of the lesson or something and just chill for the last 5-10 minutes so that way it doesn't look suspicious for you. don't do this too often, maybe once every 2-3 weeks at most, so that way no one snitches. 3. teachers. my school was located almost in the city centre, where basically everything is. houses/apartments, shopping centres, parks and more. but the thing is, the teachers that weren't teaching WERE PATROLLING THE ENTIRE CITY LOOKING FOR STUDENTS, THIS EVEN APPLIED AFTER SCHOOL. basically, if you weren't with a parent/guardian or you didn't have a signed note by either your year/grade coordinator, homeroom teacher and/or parent, it was an afternoon detention or iss. they banned the two major shopping centres, the park nearby, the city library, the hospital for some reason, and it was just a hot mess or restricting students. this is because of the schools "if you're in uniform, you're under school rules, even outside of school, because you'll make us look bad" policy. 4. no escape. when I said my school was located near the city centre, there was a police station almost right next to the school, so the cops can catch kids and tell their parents and charge them with truancy (staying away from school without good reason) which is a crime. also, there was only one easy point of escape during school, and that was in an open space, which was the teacher's parking lot. conveniently connected to the school's private chapel, you could just run straight through the parking lot and the side of the church to get out to the other side, which was actually pretty tiring from how big it was (my school took up an entire block, it was a k-12 school). in summary, attendance, leaving class, and teachers were strict, and the school layout made it nearly impossible to skip school or class. also when I talk about "skip school" in this context, I mostly refer to leaving school mid-way through the day.
My parents would just straight up still let me go to school even if i was sick. If i got the flu, going to school. If i got the virus, they would still make me go to school.
I’ve never missed school ever without being genuinely very sick, but whenever i tell someone they’re just like “nah you’re lying” school is still shit tho, at least we can agree on that
I graduated when I was 17 so unfortunately I never got to sign myself out. All the skipping I did was online classes during covid I had something like 90 unexcused absences cause I was not tryna do that shit. When they did hybrid I went in person cause it was only from 9-12 in the morning and I wanted to have the afternoons to do whatever the fuck I wanted
Don't feel alone on that. I was an absolute asshole when it came to online classes. I would just be pretending to understand shit while I play Roblox with my volume turned off. You couldn't turn off the cam which led to a little bit of evidence. And I got more stories on online school which the first one being something in September of 2021 when online school is starting again the next day. I wanted to skip it by biting my lip, sucking it as hard as possible to cause horrendous swelling and tell my mom that my face looks batshit. She unfortunately refused and I had to attend online class like that. Another story is where my brother and I had online classes. He was a 2nd grader and I was a 6th grader. One time my brother and I were secretly playing a remake of the show "Squid Game" on Roblox because we were stupid enough to believe some video that we earn over four million Robux if you completed it, but gave it up because Our volume was mute so we weren't able to hear the Korean doll. Another time is when my parents found out about my secret gaming hobby so they bought me an Ass computer which any game isn't accessible due to the poor quality and it was only intended for school. I took advantage of it and skip school with it with just ONE excuse; " Teacher, my computer is frozen!" And I skip for the rest of the day. I have one last story about the fact that I am a snitch. It was almost November and since I lived in America, and it was cold as fuck and we had to migrate to a warmer country in which I got that information from my mother. I don't know what my idiot brain was thinking, but I told the teacher when she was teaching about the migration to animals."Ooh wow... Where are you going?" The teacher asked. My smooth brain decided to tell her everything about where I am going. To add the cherry to the top of my stupidity. I told my mom about it and she was beyond PISSED! We had to leave by Nov.5 but due to the fact I suck at keeping secrets, it first some reason had to be delayed to Nov.16. Don't worry, we forgot about that.
I gotta say I’m a huge nerd so I’ve never skipped school. In fact I’ve gone in several days when I was sick which I now realize was extremely selfish and irresponsible. In fact I’m 90 percent sure I started a Covid epidemic in my school.
0:30 just 1 time I faked skip then after that day I actually got a stomach ache ( also what I fakes the day before ) then I got sick for a week and did the test open book and the class didn’t know I studied the day before that test and easily got 100
i've actually done it by complete accident, basically i thought i was still sick, but my mom thought i was fine to go to school, but when i gotten into the first class or so i sneezing badly then normal, and i skipped like 4-5 days of school.
one time i was sick and my class went to the movies but it was actually a boring 40 minute documentary, the bus broke down, and there were wasps. they didn't even let the class buy popcorn. the only time i was glad to miss a field trip
Dude all I gotta do to skip is- ..nothing, my parents are just like "Sure you can stay home I don't care lmao" and it's mainly because i'm the only one in my MASSIVE family that minds my own business, i'm never a bother for anyone
During online school, half the time I would turn in work that hadn't been touched, I don't know how I passed bc I almost never turned in work that had been done
the elementry school i went to had a room called the think tank which has a 8×8 floor with all white walls. It was silent in there and alone. It was used for the sped kids and from what i saw it drove people more crazy including me.
1:32 I stay up almost everyday, no matter if its a school day im straight up pulling an all nighter and it wasnt even to stay home, it was just to actually play games more
Believe it or not I never EVER fake being sick to skip school. Because welp! My parents don't joke around with this and if I ever get caught Boi they would whoop the F*** out of my a** bro. However... I may or may not have purposely made myself sick so I can skip a test
One time I was in preschool and I tried to skip school so what I said to my mom was “ mommy my head hurts” then she replied with “ then you can’t have chocolate milk” so then I was like “ that means my stomach hurts” then she said “ so you can’t have chocolate milk” so I replied to her with “that means my legs hurt” but she wanted me to go to school so she said “ then you can I have chocolate milk”

Same but I just watched RUclips
And also I had 2 years of remote class
That’s exactly how my school did it! I blame the pandemic for my RUclips addiction.
I remember watching both the Sora reveal and what would be the Pikmin 4 reveal during my second class with my friends. Pandemic ruined me a bit. Pikmin 4 was good tho.
I remember just attending school online in bed and the teachers didn’t care

Sometimes I'd fake headaches to get out of school because I didn't want to get bullied.
Yeah I could relate man
bro how tf do you american kids skip school so easily? here in australia it's a lot harder, especially for my school.
1. attendance. if you're absent, a notification gets sent to BOTH of your parents through their emails AND messages. also my school marks attendance every period
2. the school layout and leaving class. my school was an outdoor school, meaning if you weren't in a room or a certain wing (science labs or technology rooms), then you were outside, and you were most likely near an open space or a hotspot for teachers (eg. staff room, office, etc.), or you were near or in an open space, meaning you were susceptible to getting caught in 4k without you knowing until it's too late.
anyway, leaving class was painful. to just leave class, you had to get your student diary signed by a teacher, which recorded how long you were out of class, why you were out of class and the day. also, even if you didn't want to leave school and just chill in the bathroom, the school LOCKED THE BATHROOM, AND YOU HAD TO SHOW THE FRONT OFFICE YOUR PASS SO THEY COULD GIVE YOU THE KEY. also my school had a rule where only certain year groups could use one of the two bathrooms, to narrow down suspects for incidents in the bathrooms. however, an easy excuse to get out of this was to leave your bag somewhere and then pretend you lost your bag, and then just roam around the school to clear your mind or just wait for someone else to get the key and you go in with them. then you can come back at the end of the lesson or something and just chill for the last 5-10 minutes so that way it doesn't look suspicious for you. don't do this too often, maybe once every 2-3 weeks at most, so that way no one snitches.
3. teachers. my school was located almost in the city centre, where basically everything is. houses/apartments, shopping centres, parks and more. but the thing is, the teachers that weren't teaching WERE PATROLLING THE ENTIRE CITY LOOKING FOR STUDENTS, THIS EVEN APPLIED AFTER SCHOOL. basically, if you weren't with a parent/guardian or you didn't have a signed note by either your year/grade coordinator, homeroom teacher and/or parent, it was an afternoon detention or iss. they banned the two major shopping centres, the park nearby, the city library, the hospital for some reason, and it was just a hot mess or restricting students. this is because of the schools "if you're in uniform, you're under school rules, even outside of school, because you'll make us look bad" policy.
4. no escape. when I said my school was located near the city centre, there was a police station almost right next to the school, so the cops can catch kids and tell their parents and charge them with truancy (staying away from school without good reason) which is a crime. also, there was only one easy point of escape during school, and that was in an open space, which was the teacher's parking lot. conveniently connected to the school's private chapel, you could just run straight through the parking lot and the side of the church to get out to the other side, which was actually pretty tiring from how big it was (my school took up an entire block, it was a k-12 school).
in summary, attendance, leaving class, and teachers were strict, and the school layout made it nearly impossible to skip school or class. also when I talk about "skip school" in this context, I mostly refer to leaving school mid-way through the day.

My parents want me to finish high school but what's the point when I'm not gonna use anything I learn in high school in real life.
Exactly like thats why I don't wanna finish middle school
you''re gonna get the job
Fr
Unrelated, but i got the legendary Flying Gorilla ad before the video
Wurdie never fails to piss my pants ❤❤❤
Rephrase that *NOW*
🤨
Huh
I've never missed a day of high school so far. My school isn't that bad; good people, mostly good people.
YET ANOTHER MASTER PIECE BY THE MAN HIMSELF
I never skipped school until High-School. I didn’t even try.
I graduated when I was 17 so unfortunately I never got to sign myself out. All the skipping I did was online classes during covid I had something like 90 unexcused absences cause I was not tryna do that shit. When they did hybrid I went in person cause it was only from 9-12 in the morning and I wanted to have the afternoons to do whatever the fuck I wanted
for covaids online they just threw the work itself up on google classroom and we had to do it, no zoom classes
"School is right around the corner" my brother for me the school year ends in December bru
I miss when you could just attend school online in your bed, I abused that
Same I can just play video games while they’re teaching
Parents and grandparents: arent you excited to finally go to school again!?!? 😀
"MHMM! Yeeaah! Totally 👍🙃😬 "
I was in a zoom class one time and my stupid ass teacher told me to clean my room😂
L school chain
L school
L school
1:08 that was me when it was mine birthday in kindergarten💀💀💀💀
i've actually done it by complete accident, basically i thought i was still sick, but my mom thought i was fine to go to school, but when i gotten into the first class or so i sneezing badly then normal, and i skipped like 4-5 days of school.
Bro I already went back to school 2 weeks before this video came out
Online school was just heaven I played Luigi’s mansion all the time 😂
I just played games the whole time and never listen to what was happening
one time i was sick and my class went to the movies but it was actually a boring 40 minute documentary, the bus broke down, and there were wasps. they didn't even let the class buy popcorn.
the only time i was glad to miss a field trip
the subway surfer hey sounded so accurate
This video was the perfect length for my dinner
If i skipped school my mom would hav gotten a call saying "Your son is not at school today" or sum shit like that lmao. if that happened I be dead
soo i skiped a art class i think 2 times but never have i skiped school or camped in the bathrooms
Not anything related to skipping but it feels like a universal thing to say what period your class is in
Me who skipped EVERY zoom meeting in high school: THERE WERE A LOT OF THEM
2:50 it sounds like you sound like the actor of the officer Frinkle Barry from Shaneplays💀
When I skip class I just make up an excuse and hide in the bathroom on my phone till class is over
Watching ll these videos, I realize my high school was a bit different. Like we were allowed to eat in class, and we had no hall monitors. lol
the freaking memes throughout the entire video kill me 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
i was a school skipper in middle and high school and i dont regret it
If we all run they cant catch us all
5:42 same bruh🫠😭
I literally was playing video games on online classes
Bro iss is like heaven at my school we can eat in there, use our phones, just basically do what ever we wanted
Why do we all look at the clock and think “they are in second period right now” if we are not in school
Your the same as me when i go to the washroom i do be GRINDING THE CLASH OF CLANS 2:37
Dude all I gotta do to skip is- ..nothing, my parents are just like "Sure you can stay home I don't care lmao" and it's mainly because i'm the only one in my MASSIVE family that minds my own business, i'm never a bother for anyone
Bro made everyone do all this
During online school, half the time I would turn in work that hadn't been touched, I don't know how I passed bc I almost never turned in work that had been done
The fact that my man doesn’t have over 100k is shocking, he’s funny asf
bro this January I'm turning 18 i can finally signed myself out of highschool 💀💀💀💀
First burdie now wurdie
I remember once when I made fake throw up to get out of school. I can’t believe it worked.
I literally just drank dish soap. but hey, it worked.
I remember I skipped school once and it was a field trip and this kid got stuck in the automatic door
I have no idea how I passed 5th and 6th grade. I missed half the year. In 5th grade I didn't do any homework at all and almost no work in sixth.
I would normally hide under the blankets to make it look like no one was there, but my dad always knew but sometimes I did get away with it
could you make a video about missing assignments, something i did last year and got like 5 F's for lol
Is it me or he actually sounded exactly like the police from subway surfers
the elementry school i went to had a room called the think tank which has a 8×8 floor with all white walls. It was silent in there and alone. It was used for the sped kids and from what i saw it drove people more crazy including me.
1:32 I stay up almost everyday, no matter if its a school day im straight up pulling an all nighter
and it wasnt even to stay home, it was just to actually play games more
During the pandemic, I would sign off the Zoom meeting 10-20 minutes early and call it a day
6:09 MARLEY KKT!!!
4:32 same at me school except there wasn’t a thing called ISS all u would get was an hour long detention
2:56 lol
This world basically locks kids in prison.
Believe it or not I never EVER fake being sick to skip school. Because welp! My parents don't joke around with this and if I ever get caught
Boi they would whoop the F*** out of my a** bro. However...
I may or may not have purposely made myself sick so I can skip a test
bro, in second grade i would just go to the washroom for like 20 minutes, sitting there and looking at all the stall graffiti
