Hello sir, according to the government of Canada website employees are protected to take 16 weeks of unpaid absence from work. Which is job protected.
If I quit after this 16 week leave without working. Will I have to return the money I received from the CERB? Technically I was only absent from work during the CERB period. Still with the company.

It was a temporary leave at the time but now I might have to quit for personal reasons.
