I think Irwin Allen sure had an eye for producing movies. This show was a real masterpiece! Thanks for downloading this. Johnny, from Montreal Canada 👍🌎🌈💖🌺🦋💜🌠

This is my favorite now of The Time Tunnel but for a very special reason. It is concerning my late second wife. A very God fearing lady. About my late second wife and why this is now my favorite episode. For she was either the Great Daughter or Great Great Granddaughter of Chief Sitting Bull! And if what they say here is accurate it makes me respect him more now than ever! Chief Sitting Bull appears more of a hero to me now than ever. I really loved his great grandaughter and she really loved me. Even though we were only two and a half years as husband -wife she was a great asset to the ministry(I am a preacher and have been for over 40 years!) the short time we were together! I am thankful and take it privilege to have been married to one of Chief Sitting Bull's great granddaughters! I guess that is why I really loved this episode!
Star Trek was a "great" series for the time, fazbell. This was more akin to the first six or seven episodes of "Lost in Space," before that series went full "camp." I know TT has fans, but frankly it sucked. At least Quantum Leap was fairly entertaining.

Thats because he does not own the rights to this series. It's a way to fool RUclips in not recognizing copyrighted material. It's the price you pay for stolen material.
Don't they ever land on a nice summer day at the beach in California in the early 60's with Frankie and Annette frolicking in the surf and the Beach Boys doing a gig in the sand?
There's a theory that only events with major consequences for the timestream leave any significant impression in it -- like a large gravity well in space -- and thus exert an out-sized attractive force on anything travelling through the stream (like Doug and Tony). It's actually unclear whether these wells are created by the events in question, or whether they occur naturally (like the bubbles in cooling hunk of raw glass), and serve to make a major event at that point in the stream more probable -- or both. Anyway, for this reason D&T end up witnessing mostly events of special world significance -- say, in which a lot of people died violently, or which decisively shaped the stream going forward -- and not your great-grandma's trip to the store for milk or a kid's party on Laguna Beach.
They would have landed back in their own lifetimes. Frankie and Annette made their last beach movie in 1965 and were working on Fireball 500 in 1966 when the Time Tunnel series started. There would be duplicates of themselves and could find themselves meeting up with Lt. Gen. Kirk and Dr. MacGregor. They would probably have to send Dr.s Newman and Phillips back into the tunnel to avoid any issues with duplication.
Silly landings? They were always just slammed into the ground. I am surprised they did not break their fool necks! For such an ultra-expensive top secret government project, The Time Tunnel complex itself sure needed a lot of tweaking. Tony and Doug should have taken along a suitcase because I sure got tired of the same costumes they wore every week. Even when they put on whatever clothes they could find in whatever time period they were stuck in, the old Time Tunnel would magically put them back in their costumes just before they vanished at the end of each episode.
I was thinking more along the lines of dry cleaning. Their clothes always looked freshly pressed, and I'm assuming that body odor isn't an issue when time traveling?
I saw a production photo of it, there were only 10 actual rings. After that, a cone was used for the forced perspective that gave it a look of infinity. I always wondered what was at the other end.
They also did some bible stories quite accurately!! The one about rahab that helped the spies, the red cord out of the window, her home on top of the wall was spared!!

And goes to show you the producers didn't think too much of the viewing public either. Guess they figured the average 12-year old watching when this was in prime time didn't know geography any better than history.
Boom boom bomb!! Where is this place???? it got cancelled due to the hair costs... keeping every lock always immaculate and in place even after being in the tumbler and dirt... not one hair out of place... ever... an army of combers needed...
PR at its best like star Trek and many others...... please do not get me wrong it's just that I am older and can see through things Government's try and do
The problem I had with this show when I was a kid was every show ended with, "To be Continued." So you never got any sense of completion. Also, they were always just about to be killed. Couldn't any of them be romantic or a comedy based on the history of the time depicted? Geez, mix it up!
If I had a nickel for every time travelers from the future dropped in on the Battle of the Little Big Horn I'd be rich. Must be pretty crowded there by now. Indians should be sufficiently confused for Custer and Reno to escape alive. I believe Custer wanted to run for president. Have to double check the history books to see if they've been updated.
In the Time Tunnel pilot it said it was 1972 (or somewhere along there). In another episode it was 1978. At the end of that episode the Tunnel moved them. I can't see why they didn't just leave them there, it was only a six year difference.
Stanley Hornbeck Really??? You honestly don't see that ALL politicians are crooks? Every damn last one of those "law makers" are corrupt. Why do you think it's only a two party system they offer?
Well yes. If Custer's camp had a secret location then how did Tony find it so easily? Continuity errors and all , this was another great episode! Carey Wilber 's amazing writing came thru again. He was behind Star Trek's "Space Seed" with Ricardo Montalban as Kahn Noonien Singh and Outer Limit's " The Sixth Finger" with David McCallum of "The Man from UNCLE" where he played Ilya and Edward Mulhare from "Knight Rider" as Devon. What an amazing show it must have been to film. Each week a different you-are-there history making set based on research. The reboot is perfectly contrasted with this episode. This story has positive messages about friendship, civil disobedience, brotherly love, etc. The reboot had nothing but hate to spread. Angry explosive feminists, sullen seething blacks and powerful bungling as usual whites who created the Time Storm. A good story has characters you can sympathize with. Therefore this failed pilot was a badly told story!
The only thing amazing about the writing in this snd those other shows is that anyone would pay someone for this garbage. Kahn was one of the worst Star Trek episodes. Phony as hell, like this trash.
A fine series, much enjoyed as a kid. Anyone know the episode title in which they traveled 10 years into the future (1977 or so), and found weird aliens with shaky hands had taken over a western desert town?
They could appear human when needed, but with their own kind in private I think they had silvery skin a something like a rooster''s comb on their heads. Quite a creepy episode as a kid!
I have thought of this show many times. Really glad to see it again! A big part of my childhood!
Not on this small screen offering !
The Time Tunnel always interesting tv show, I used to wacht it ever since I was a kid.

Yep in '67 I'd see it every Friday at 8pm right after the Green Hornet on ABC which started at 7:30. By '68 I was at Fort Bragg.
Looks like You've done some Time Travelling of Your Own.
I use to watch this show regularly. It’s amazing how they always managed to land at some significant point of time.

And nice soft landings on sand helped matters too 🙂
My favorite show when it was first on. I remember thinking, they're lucky not to be landing in the ocean 70% of the time.
And everyone spoke English.

The tall guy couldn't act, did he need a cowboy hat? HE NEED TO LEAD TO SHOW, not sleep the show.
The concept was great.
it got cancelled due to the hair costs... keeping every lock always immaculate and in place even after being in the tumbler and dirt... not one hair out of place... ever... an army of combers needed...
I remember watching this.
Muito bom gostei lindo vidio Kero mais
I liked this serie very mutch ...
I love this show but why did you shrink the picture it makes me lose my interest
I think that it has to do with copyright laws.
How did a college professor get an INSTANT CLEARANCE to get himself into the Time Tunnel?
Easy, it's a TV series. It's not real lol
Maybe they have one of those 'Flashy Thingys' like the Men in Black!
@@jamesalexander5623 Why didn't I think of that? :)

Digite no google: filme o túnel do tempo completo e dublado.
Hmmm I wonder in 60 or more years they will make a time travel series that the main charecter s end up back in this era of time.
In the Time Tunnel pilot it said it was 1972 (or somewhere along there). In another episode it was 1978. At the end of that episode the Tunnel moved them. I can't see why they didn't just leave them there, it was only a six year difference.
If they did go back to 2020 they would not understand how such an unqualified narcissist became president of the USA.
Stanley Hornbeck Really??? You honestly don't see that ALL politicians are crooks? Every damn last one of those "law makers" are corrupt. Why do you think it's only a two party system they offer?
@@tolget4684 3 years ago! Trump takes crooked to new places. If they come from 2080, this time is already in their past.
@@stanleyhornbeck1625 Hopefull they'd send him back to 2015 and stop him from running!
The idea for the time tunnel came from the two guys who jumped off the ship in 1947 . went to 1981. They said they saw a tunnel similar to the show
This kinda has that original Star Trek feels. Obviously made in the late 60’s, as well.
You forgot to include help from the CIA & MOSSAD.
The only thing amazing about the writing in this snd those other shows is that anyone would pay someone for this garbage. Kahn was one of the worst Star Trek episodes. Phony as hell, like this trash.
Everything woke turns to blank!!
could you make this series in wide screen, thks
A good programme but I always found it funny that wherever, and whenever they went in history, everyone spoke English.
A fine series, much enjoyed as a kid.
Anyone know the episode title in which they traveled 10 years into the future (1977 or so), and found weird aliens with shaky hands had taken over a western desert town?
You know I was trying to remember if they ever traveled into the future..now I think I remember bits and pieces of that episode. following...
They could appear human when needed, but with their own kind in private I think they had silvery skin a something like a rooster''s comb on their heads.
Quite a creepy episode as a kid!
Yo estaba "enamorado" de la doctora.En fin
Think this is the tv show that sent me over the edge
I LIKE THE ONE WHERE THE ISLAND OF KRAKATOA WAS JUST ABOUT TO EXPLODE AND THEY DISAPPEARED JUST AS THE ISLAND EXPLODED
Tempo bom nao Perdia.um filme
One of the better Time Tunnel episodes, but with several continuity errors and flaws: there were no saguaro cacti as far north as Montana! 🤣🤣🤣
O incrível é que o terno não suja...e ele não tirar a gravata
