Thanks I also have quickbooks which is connected to my accounts. I like to do this method as well because I’ve noticed that quickbooks has been short sometimes. Once by like 16k that’s huge to have to pay taxes on because software didn’t catch it. It’s how I double check I guess 😂 I appreciate you watching fam. Great question
Honestly it’s not about the size of your town it’s about the value you place on yourself and your work. I was at $40 in the beginning of this year. I felt like the service I offered was worth that amount especially when cutting new customers and listening to their complaints about other barbers. I said I wanted to go up and did it and the Lord has kept my business flowing smoothly. Did people leave yes but I’ve gained more. I go by the 80/20 rule. When you are booked up weeks in advance then you go up on your price. You can expect to lose about 20 percent of your clients. Tre remaining 80 percent will cover what you lose and some. Doing this allows for openings giving new customers that would love to get in the opportunity. They don’t mind the price cause it’s worth it to them. Thanks for watching fam great question.
