Tae's huge smiles and laughs while performing Layover songs is one of the addictive qualities of these vids, aside from the beautiful voice, beautiful music and talented musicians he worked with. And the vibe he had with them! Goodness.
His music is almost a therapy for me, but the best thing is seeing him having so much fun, being happy!!

Tae really went with his gut and what made him happy. I mean they are great songs and his vocals are amazing, but these are not some big mainstream pop/dance numbers. I think he has been really brave with his choices and these have worldwide appeal to the general public as well as ARMY.💜

Thank you for your thoughtful reaction. Your musical perspective was a great addition. I loved this performance so much! Taehyung's voice was amazing. He was really in his element & seemed to have so much fun grooving with the band & singers. I was not surprised that we got lots of saxophone... V played sax for a few years when he was younger & he loves it!
Warm, baritone, silky smooth… loved it!
This was such a perfect set - instrumentally, and vocally!!! Love that he allowed the singers and band to shine! Also, it's really subtle, but you can see him "directing" them in little ways, and that is something that the OLD singers used to do with their bands live -- just little signals to tell them to HIT that note or STOP here. Such a good performance! Side note: How does someone have such perfectly shaped lips??????? You are the 1st person, Austin, that I've seen say it feels like his goodbye to us (For Us). That's the first thing I thought when I heard the song.....
I want him to experience New Orleans music scene.. he would totally love it.. also Madi Gras.. he's so gonna enjoy that.

Tae is a producer too but unlike the rappers he loves doing things in his home studio (?) But man I cant wait for more cause we all know the gems he has in his vault 😂 Yeontan made his debut on mcountdown not music bank but both are great!

The man has the most beautiful voice in the universe (go ahead, fight me on it, don’t care 😂). Tae was born to perform quality music that is timeless and where his vulnerable, raw vocals shine. The band is phenomenal and everyone’s chemistry is off the charts.
I beg you to react to Dingo Story segment, where Tae spends a day with an Army. This is one of the most heartwarming, purest segments I’ve seen in a long while. Tae is just an incredible human being, kind and humble.

Austin, I loved your reaction. I’ve watched you for a long time and was happy to see you get into BTS. Always liked, but haven’t really commented. This time I have to say, your emotion at the end was really touching. I don’t know if it was Taehyung specifically or just that he’s sharing the magic that happens when good musicians just jam and play together, something you can relate too, and I felt it too. There’s just something special about these three songs - soulful jazzy, kind of sad but a joyful moment shared with people who love music x

Great reaction! You asked if a sample is used in for us, and I don't believe it is. Tae said in one of his lives that he wanted us to hear it sped up, so I think he's singing that part and effects were added. But that is only my assumption, though.
