Yoongi being in Navy is a really good trick by their stylist to make sure they don’t look too matched. It’s a subtle difference but enough to differentiate them. Tae and Joon both have different coloured shirts, and Joon also matches with Jin by having sheer sleeves and Jin matches with JK by having the gold details. Jimin has pops of dark red to differentiate him and Hobi actually stands out fully for being the only one in all black. There’s other details to connect and differentiate the outfits as well, some members have more tailed blazers while others have the actual robes. It’s really well done to have the members all in similar “costumes” do they look like a cohesive group but enough differentiation to make sure no member gets lost in the sequence. I did not know I had so many opinions on why the Idol set was so well done, but apparently I do. But also this was such a big flex in general, Idol was THE song that was a clap back to all the people saying they were too westernised and here they are in front of the Gyeongbokgung Palace. Also it was so funny the almost Trojan hose this performance was, they did the Dynamite performance with the roots to lull people into a false sense of security of “hey, cute English song” to hit them with the ultimate “we’re fucking PROUD to be Korean” moment

Hobi fainted during this Idol Performance for a few seconds, he revealed it in the behinds because he rehearsed too much, and it was really hot that day. He is such a professional and leads by example, one time he had a plantar injury, and he still did a 3h long photo shoot. Another time V kicked during a Live Performance in his head, and he still went with it even tho he was dizzy and that was a grown hard 180 kick.

I was literally just getting super into BTS when Fallon Week happened. My kids went crazy for them during an online K-Pop P.E. class during lockdown & well, the mama fell down the rabbit hole lol! Fallon Week & the MotS live concert were the first BTS performances outside of MV’s that I saw & I recall the chaos on Twitter that whole week. JK’s ponytail had the world in a choke hold for days lol! By the end of Fallon Week I knew I was in trouble & 7x trouble because I knew I’d never be able to pick a bias with this group. I loved your reaction. I love every one of these performances too but Idol is my favorite because live it’s just insane - wait until you experience it in front of 70,000 people - & you will I know it. One thing for sure BTS are amazing with live performances, I am happy I got to see them during their Speak Yourself World tour. A lot of ARMYs felt in love with Hobi after watching him live, he owns the stage. One thing I used to look forward every year are their live performances at the year end Korean award shows, MMA and MAMA, they are a whole different level. Hope you react to their MMA and MAMA performances before the pandemic, is a totally different feel when you can hear and see the audiences as well. May favourite performance were MAMA 2016, MMA 2018 and 2019 2020 MMA was very good too but unfortunately that year's performances were recorded without audiences
I really love the performances at Gyeongbokgung Palace, they are so beautiful and as you said, the growls and vocals and attitude in Idol, and the modern hanbok and styling, I love it. I knew you would love Home, I commented it before under an reaction to a song , don't remember witch but something you liked about that made me sure you'd like Home. It's the best version of Home to me and I love the visuals, better version to me than the album. These was during the pandemic, therefore pre-recorded but it gave us amazing quality performances when it comes to audio and video so I'm kinda happy about it. There was both skits/games, them skating where they recorded Dynamite and then a Bangtan Bomb with behind the scenes from the recording, please react to that too. You might be able to get away with putting them on RUclips because Jimmy fallon is an ARMY and those videos tend to get blocked musch less than the other shows. the subway video was from the beginning of 2020 and in person, before the pandemic shut everything down, and BTS week ws done later during the shut down. Everything was streamed or sent in from Korea. They did an amazing live performance of ON at Grand Central Station during the visit with the subway stuff.

No matter if the performance is in person or on-line, BTS never cuts corners on sets or production quality. I love BTS A sides but my favourite tracks are mostly B sides. Jungkooks stage presence is so underrated lol I know we army are a thirsty bunch .. and so it’s the tongue out, lip bite, wink and growl type thing that seem to get the most attention lol but bc he doesn’t really do that stuff a lot… he’s underrated in that area even though he’s the center of BTS and commands the stage in every performance… but we like what we like lol especially when you have the others doing the kinda thirst trap stuff … how can we not get caught in the trap 😂 so I always appreciate when people understand that stage presence isn’t just the thirst trap types of performers. There is plenty of room for them to all thrive and command the stage.. and they do!!! I love that there’s such a mixture of styles and energy… something for everybody ya know…. But honestly I’ve learned we army are thirsty ass ppl most of the time 🙊 I mean looking at them…. How can we not be 💜

It was on the back of Dynamite hitting #1 and you can just feel it ooze out of them during these performances! Bts live performances are the best (especially Boyz with fun, Baepsae, Attack in Bangtan) those are high energy fun ❤

(2) Home - typical BTS chaos. (3) Black Swan - exquisite set, equally exquisite performance. (5) Dynamite - they are all so cute, and Jin can really skate. Also re: Mikrokosmos, did you see how the BTS symbol over the palace turned into the ARMY symbol just before the end? Anyway.. thanks for another great vid.
