- Back in 2016, I filmed a video featuring all my 60s, 70s, & 80s Barbies. This is an updated version...however, since my collection has grown so much over the years, this video only covers dolls from 1986-1989. I hope you enjoy meeting all my special plastic friends!

I have over 150 80s Barbie’s / and friends and nearly 1000 90s Barbie’s & friends. I have to say your channel was the reason I started to collect them. I want you to know that your videos have saved more than the dolls in your collection, but also mine.
My favourite videos of yours has always been the Dolly transformation videos. The restoration process of seeing a doll in bad condition go back to her former glory has been thrilling and so rewarding, it has given me the opportunity to get to know my dolls better than the ones I get boxed, and it’s because of your videos that helped me get there. So thank you so much Shelley.
I hope you introduce us to your new “friends of Barbie” dolls again! I’d love to see them again and see how updated they are. Xx

You don't have my favorite 80s gal-Magic Curl Barbie...I love her face screening, she's absolutely gorgeous!! Maybe someday you'll find her. I think it's amazing that you can remember when and where you got your dolls, and that you remember their names!!❤❤
Thank you! It helps that I write about them on my Flickr, so I can always go back and double check if my memory gets muddled. I have seen Magic Curl a few times at flea markets, but never for the right price sadly. She is really cool though, and I can see why she's your fave!

That's my childhood era. My wish is to get one day the dolls I used to have as a kid: dreamglow, jewel secret. Barbie and the Rockers also. I got the Ken and I am in the process of restauring it, it's so much fun. It's amazing you got Jewel secret for 10$. I don't think I ever can come accross that in Europe where I live.

Hi. I have a dolly question not related to this video. How do you trim doll hair? I have a doll that has very dry damaged ends but the rest of the hair looks fine. I am trying to figure out a way to just cut the ends evenly. Any tips will be appreciated.
