I hope this matter has been resolved and that principle and superintendent have lost their jobs. That is absolutely a parents right to walk their kids to and from school.

That school system should be sued by the parents.

In the UK parents are encouraged to walk their kids to school as its deemed the healthier option. absolute madness

Yeah, I have actually decided to NOT take the school bus, but, instead, to, walk the 2 miles there (roughly 5 kilometers). It actually takes a much, shorter amount of time than I thought. I have had problems though. Specifically the following: middles schoolers and high schoolers don’t have the option to receive a crossing guard. This one motorway / freeway entrance / exit has no marked crosswalk for the traffic lights, but, worse, there is a designated right turn only lane that has cars going freeway speeds through it with a sidewalk crossing, without warning signs or road markings. Good luck with that one. Also, there is a blind spot there, making it impossible to see oncoming traffic, and for oncoming traffic to see you. The way the school system handled this was simply ignoring my request as a *CHILD* when I messaged them. Really is horrible >:[

The issue is you need to get this principle removed from position they hold at this school? Get this person fired. This is not rocket science.

What is the reason for the parental ban? Also, Plan a walk-in. Everybody cooperates a time to walk on campus together,
breaking the rules entirely. They cannot arrest everyone, right?

Re: David Anderson: if something like they all got arrested or something similar like that. I would be sure, that all the children heard about it, and, that the way it was treated would be similar to the school shooting walkouts. I would be sure.

Let me see if I understand what is going on. The students and parents are being punished because the principal didn't think it was fair that they lived in the nice neighborhood right next to the school while other children had to take the bus?

Warn the treasonous sworn servants to stop breaching your peace and
treasoning their sworn oaths and terrorising their employers, before she arrests and
charges them.....THE schools policies ARE NOT LAW......
Extortion by a sworn servant is a felony.....
Trezevant v Tampa false imprisonment is worth 1085$ a minute, upheld on
appeal. The school has "no cause of action with standing." PERIOD!
West Virginia State Board of Education vs. Barnett, (1943).
“One’s right to life, liberty, and property, to free speech, a free press, freedom of worship and assembly, and other fundamental rights may not be submitted to vote; they depend on the outcome of no elections.”
THE breach of your peace and terrorism and threatened extortion, is a crime......
