Just as we have called eastern Appalachian dancing, cued contra dance, clogging, and hoedown this side of the Mississippi (TN).....(most involving lines, circles, and hand work as well as heavy duty exercise) there is western hoedown and traditional circle and reel dancing, often involving clogging and arm lifts and likewise lots of energy. Idaho is a wonderful example of natural beauty, charming communities, and agricultural plots as far as the eye can see.
