As she's from Brazil (I think) I'd assume Spanish was her first language, and if that's the case it's a normal mistake to make since the Spanish word for muscle is "musculo" and when saying it the C is pronounced more like a K. I speak French and English almost equally, and with primarily French people who learn English later they have issues like this as well with certain words. In particular words like think, third, three, etc... are difficult for them because the distinct "th" sound we use in English is mostly absent in French, as the "h" is typically not pronounced, and even when it is the inflection on it is extremely minor.
