How long did it take to get the replacement part? I have a similar problem. For me, both AMSs fail mostly after calibrating but also often during printing.
Support wants to send me this board. Unfortunately, it is not available for purchase, so I hope that they do not send it from China.

I got it within a week. I think it did come from China, but I didn’t pay attention as it came fast enough.

Hi I know this was posted over a year ago and I hope you can answer me. What is the part number or the exact part name? I have the same problem and looked on their website for a spare board and it just showed an MC board that controlled pretty much everything including the AMS. My warranty expired a couple of months ago and I have had a hard time getting any help from Bambu lab..

      It’s the connection board: us.store.bambulab.com/collections/spare-parts-circuit-boards-ams/products/ams-connector-board

I am having the same trouble , I can move wires to get white light again but then a couple of minutes even without using printer they all go red again , could I ask how and what you wrote in ticket to bamboo , because mine has been doing it for a while and when I write ticket they want date + time and stuff like that so im not sure what to write , any help would be most appreciated

Just tell them exactly what you wrote here, you can even refer this video with link if you want. It could also be the hub, depending on which cable is the one with connection issues.

@@techwithkramer ok thank you , how do I know if its the hub , sorry for asking but do you know much about printing TPU

If you wiggle the cable going into the hub to solve the issue, it’s the hub. If it’s the cable going into the AMS, it’s the AMS- if it’s the cable going into the printer, it’s the board.
TPU can not be used with the AMS - use the single spool holder on the back only.

@@techwithkramer ok I will try that thank you , I know I can unplug any wire and it will work for a few minutes lol , I dont use AMS for TPU or any abrasive fillinents , just PLA and I'm just getting into PETG , with TPU in the same day the first 3 prints came out perfect but now when I try to print it , the first layer maybe first 2 or 3 layers looks ok but the rest looks and feels exactly like a kitchen sponge lol , not shiny and no strength at all , I did turn temp up to 240 to help but there was only a slight bit of difference in first few bottom layers , do you maybe know what that might be or what I could try to fix it please

Sorry, I have not used TPU on this printer yet, I can’t help you with that. I wish you good luck with it though.
