Hi I know this was posted over a year ago and I hope you can answer me. What is the part number or the exact part name? I have the same problem and looked on their website for a spare board and it just showed an MC board that controlled pretty much everything including the AMS. My warranty expired a couple of months ago and I have had a hard time getting any help from Bambu lab..

My E3D Obsidian 0.6mm nozzle got clogged yesterday, as did the extruder using PETG-CF. It was right awkward to get out, but all is good now, and I really cannot complain as it's been in almost two years this is the first time I've had a nozzle clog/extruder blockage, compared loads with old E3D V6 style hotness in lower end printers.

@@techwithkramer So far nothing is helping my problem. I uninstalled Bambu from my PC and start over, like the day I recieved X1C. Shut down PC and did the same with X1C, and after all that I turned the pinter on ON. The first was the printer - I removed the filaments, restore printer to factory settings and I inserted all 4 filaments, not the PLA-SUPPORT filament! Turned back the PC and installed BS and went thru the settings..... But as soon I open the file I could not print, it behaved exactly like before! So I installed brand new BS on a PC and I was able to print again! It was a puzzle, but when I wanted to print more items from that folder, on my PC that is a desktop running Intel i9...., it behaved like my laptop, I could not print at all! This is behaving like a bug in the software or some other undocumented function....???? Does Bambu send to them, from my PC info about BS? Since it worked once on my desktop, but the next print could not happen, just like the laptop! I'm gonna remove not just the BS program but also all the info in the registry and folder where BS was installed at. I'll do this on my laptop as well, and I'll reset the printer one more time - I hope this will work. Is there a phone number one can call Bambu to get help? Or a direct email that would get answers to my problem? Thanks again!
