I think so too. I mean, I do think there were people at RT that tried but it's just too much of a mess. Not only do I think most studios would prefer rebooting the series regardless, but asking them to continue RWBY is asking too much.
If they planning to reboot it, they need to finish the main story first, so v10 needs to be like 12 or maybe second half is also 12 or prob v11 and actually make the horrendous runtime of the show to be 23 mins long each ep, just my thoughts
Do you think the studio working on rwby next wants to continue the story? I view it more in the sense of "Will this other studio want to continue a series from another studio instead of rebooting it and doing it their way?" It also sounds unfair to force a studio to take over the mess RT had made for the series. Sometimes it's too much work to fix something, and it's cheaper and easier to just start over.
@@MarcoStrange although i do want a reboot and feel bad for the new people to work on RT's mess but we all know the uproar it'll cause if they didn't do a ending first then reboot. I mean Viz media bought it, and clearly some CRWBY animators are coming back and some new so its more like they chose to do it.

Also, as far as I know, Viz doesn't make their own things like how Crunchyroll made High Guardian Spice. That leads me to believe another studio will be involved with the production of whatever the future is. As well as uproar, I think it happens either way. The reason I think reboot is better it's probably the best option in terms of attracting new people to the product. If you make a new rwby, and tell everyone they have to watch volumes 1 through 9 to understand the point they're at now, that may not be attractive to the person wanting to get into a new series, and then seeing all the videos talking about rwby's writing issues like mangakamen and judgemental critter have made.

I will say I'm not against him being a part of the staff, like letting him be one of the writers, but I don't think he should be a head writer. It would be one thing if the writing improved as time went along, but it feels like the series got worse as it went along. Even Miles and Kerry have talked about that, and I don't want to be mean but it feels like neither were ready to be put in that position and I don't think they're ready for it going forward.
If they do reboot the series they need to have the good consistency as the first and second season. But I think they should just continue making more season of the Ice Queendom.
While I do want more Ice Queendom, the series relied too much on watching the original series like the port fight at the end of volume 1 that happens at the end of episode 3. I will say it made more than a few changes I preferred over the original.
In my opinion seeing how much of RWBY community has moved on from the anime and doesn't really care about it anymore it won't be long until it will die again. Viz media is just trying to make puppet that looks alive from corpse and honestly i think that RT hammered so many nails into RWBY's coffin that i doubt it will get any better even tho i wish RWBY the best

And in my opinion continuation of RWBY was bad idea because even if volume 10 will gain interest and new fans most of them will more like start watching RWBY from volume 1 to understand the lore but after starting watching volume 5 and more it will discourage them from watching more of RWBY. In short since RWBY has more trash volumes than the good ones it should get reebot

Ice Queendom is a series I enjoy, but I have to admit the series relies on you already watching the original RWBY. I'd rather have a new series as a new entrance for everyone.
