That looks great. I never have Greek yogurt but sometimes use a little of the vanilla yogurt and always celery. I use the plant based Mayo now and it is very good. Carole
Thanks for reminding me to use yogurt to lighten it up, I usually just use mayo only. I sometimes use apples or dried cranberries, if I don't have grapes on hand.
Hi everyone! Thanks for watching this video. The text on the end screen I realized is difficult to read and is partially obscured. It reads “Diced onions get stronger in flavor the longer they sit. I recommend reducing the onion by half if you make this recipe in advance. Enjoy!”
I love grapes and walnuts together in chicken salad. We like a Hawaiian version that we add pineapple to...yum! Do you remember the cabinet paint color name? It's beautiful!!🎉
Looks delicious but I am someone who doesn't like grapes/fruit/nuts in my chicken salad. Here's my trick to my standard chicken salad: a splash (tad less than a glug!) of dill pickle juice from the jar. That stands in for your vinegar splash. It gives you that pickle flavor but without the diced pickles. Red onion is stronger than yellow onion. I like both but do not usually have red on hand but always have yellow. Diced chicken, chopped yellow onion, real mayo to the consistency I like, splash pickle juice, season with salt, pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder to taste.
I am totes here for cooking segments being a regular addition to the squad!!
Looks yummy! I like grapes in my chicken salad too.
Cooking with Kellie! Love it…thanks.😊👍
Glad you enjoyed!

Looks yummy! Can’t wait to try this recipe. I usually add hard boiled egg to my homemade chicken salad.

This sounds delicious, thanks for sharing!
Put the extra onion in glass with a metal lid - won’t smell out the fridge or permanently smell your plastic container.
Great tip!
