We got ours yesterday! Alot of people do call us out for purchasing something thay will eventually be a “headache” but they never even tried driving them or dealing with geely’s cs. The usual stereotypes. We’re just glad we got something nice for a really low price. The separate button sunroof is a sweet upgrade from the emgrand 😊✨

For aftersales exp, we already scratched the bumper and dried up the batt (naiwan nakopen door and screen for 3days) - the same day the casa sent a towing team (tinow from our garage kaht batt lng issue) and then they fixed it in the casa, and checked all other issues to make sure everyhting is ok. We ddnt pay for anything.bTheres a viewing area sa geely kawit so we can see everything whenever they are servicing the car. For our insurance claim, they just asked us to visit the casa and within 15-30 mins we’re out. Nagsubmit lng papers and they took the photo. That was abt 3 weeks ago. Tho idc much bec minimal scratches only. If i get to choose,id still pick this car price and feature wins handsdown.
even with the on going noise issue about Geely i still push through to sign my GX3 Pro car. As a techy girl the price point and overall of the car is what i need kahit walang 360 camera

This specific review aside, nakakatuwa yung areas na dinadaanan niyo for the driving test parts. Other local cartubers usually go to the more southern parts of the Metro, probably because they are based there.. Tapos here you guys are going around Monumento, Balintawak, and other areas of north EDSA. 😃👍🏼

@@digitalnomad916 best advice i can give you is to join the many clubs online for the cars youre looking at. There youll see issues that youll encounter because each one does have issues based on long term customer experiences.
I had low expectations for this car since it dates back to a pre-Volvo-ownership design that debuted in 2011 (based on Englon SC5-RV, GX3 Pro update came in 2017 as many outlets mentioned). But given Vince's comments on the handling and refinement, I am impressed with Geely's capabilities. It shows how much engineering capability Geely has since their Volvo ownership. If the BMA and CMA platforms show that in full force, this shows that Geely can improve an old design before their Volvo ownership and bring it to decent levels. Does it change my opinion on the car? No, but it has made me ponder on the car's capabilities as a whole. It is nowhere near the BMA based cars for sure. But as a Wigo, Brio, Raize competitor, it seems competitive.
Been using it for a month now. Malakas sa break in 7-8km/liter. After 1000kms, it increased 8-9kms/liter - City driving/province. Kapag mixed driving i think its around 10-12km/liter. Sa ngayon
Extremely noticeable when idling? I heard that feedback too, the 3cyl engine shakes too much and you can feel it inside the cabin. Would love to try it myself, my friend got this gx3 pro and the engine is really smooth but not as quiet as our emgrand. Love the raize exterior design better tho over the gx3 😅
Side reminds me of the Kia Stonic. This should be a good buy. And it’s a 4-cylinder. I’m more surprised that they allowed the GX name to be used here considering that Lexus already uses the GX name.
This versus the Stonic, Raize or TCross I would take this. You get a bigger engine with a much better interior. Plus its got a Speed Limiter, thats helpful prevent you from speeding even if your foot is to the floor.
Thank you for this kind of review. I like it because there are no sugar coating needed and it's pretty straightforward. The comparison with stonic/raize is really good because they are this car's direct competitor. 800k for GX3 is a steal price if you compare it with Raize G at 920k, and Stonic LX at 990k. I do hope they improve this silver color. The blue one looks great though!
1 yr gx3 pro owner here, napaka ganda nya both interior and exterior. medyo matagtag lang pero ok lang overall. ang issue ko lang is napaka taas ng rpm para mag activate ng torque which is makunsumo sa gas dahil mostly uphill dito samin, tsaka aftersales din naka 2 pms na ako pero walang stock ng sparkplugs at aircon filter kaya need mo pa bumili sa labas.
Potential or interested buyers should get one now while the 1.5 CVT is still priced at 798k. It's the best choice in that price range because it has a sunroof and keyfob. It's a better choice than small hatchbacks and sedans in that price range. By next month it will be in the 800k range.
There's a newer version of this vehicle but i guess they chose this to be released in the Philippines because they need to hit the affordable price mark.
Sad that Geely continues to hold out on Android Auto and Apple Carplay. With regard to the halogen headlights, that's actually a plus, because you can choose to stay with halogen bulbs, or replace it with aftermarket LED bulbs, like what I did with my Coolray comfort variant; something the sport variant can't do.

Got our GX3 pro already, panalo! Electric power steering, cruise control with speed limiter. It's not perfect pero sa tagal ko nag Toyota dnako babalik. Medyo matagtag pa kahit 30psi. Pero baka bago pa kasi, pati brakes matunog. Mas maganda I-drive sya ng naka Eco muna kasi yung Comfort, aggressive na, probably better to use it sa highway (SLEX, NLEX, SCTEX TPLEX)..
We went to Tanay Rizal yesterday late afternoon and went back around 8pm already. It was a pleasure to drive, as in and I'm in Comfort Mode. Everything is great driving dynamics even the braking, mismo. We are 3 in the car and it's such a wonderful experience.
Fuel consumption po, as of the moment, malakas, they say after you hit 5k km magiging (medyo) matipid.. i think this is not for everyday use at sa mga nagtitipid sa gas. Kami kasi we bought this for comfort. We use it around the area lang where we live going for errands. And some long trips. One full tank, gives me only 140+ km combined, inspite of the gas gauge saying, the full tank will get me to 300+km. But the comfort it gives me. Im not going sell it at the moment. Its pure driving pleasure.

I was one of those many people who just passed by this vehicle at first. Mind you, sumilip na ako sa Emgrand and Azkarra but not this. Tho before going home, I did take a quick look at it and not really sold with both its exterior and interior. Feels like a generic Chinese car with some Geely upmarket stuff on it, hence the not so impressive feel of the GX3 Pro even when compared to the brand's next basic vehicle: the Emgrand. Tho as with other, looks does grow on me a bit but wouldn't really like it over a Raize looks wise. Interior, pwede pa kahit again, mukhang pilit. Is it decent? Hell yeah, esp for the price it asks. Will it sell? Surely, given the value it offers. Tho for Geely loyalists, don't be fooled with the puny 1.2 engine of the Raize. It does have a punch and feels more powerful than what the specsheet says based on my last drive with a G variant, and 5 people on board. Hence why people still buy it apart from the brand, and this is coming from someone who isn't really a fan of Toyota.

Sold on the no squeaks and rattles. Friend has a brand new Raize that rattles like crazy near the dashboard.

This versus the Stonic, Raize or TCross I would take this. You get a bigger engine with a much better interior. Plus its got a Speed Limiter, thats helpful prevent you from speeding even if your foot is to the floor.
