To my mind “My name is “ would suit mostly the Player rather than Chara. Because only the Player can actually “earn/have” their own name.
And it is only their own choice to get it, for example:
“My name is “Savior “” or “My name is “Hate”” or other…
But you get it.

Chara already had their name but We, Players, earn it through our choices (like pacifist or genocide)
For us it can be anything, so for Undertale we are demons/monsters/ angels/researchers, any possible person in the same body
