To my mind “My name is “ would suit mostly the Player rather than Chara. Because only the Player can actually “earn/have” their own name. And it is only their own choice to get it, for example: “My name is “Savior “” or “My name is “Hate”” or other… But you get it.
Chara already had their name but We, Players, earn it through our choices (like pacifist or genocide) For us it can be anything, so for Undertale we are demons/monsters/ angels/researchers, any possible person in the same body
And if it was possible and players actually could be a part of the world, the line when you would look at the mirror would sound: “Despite everything it is only up to you, who or what you wish to be “

“My name is” actually fits really well as a name because it never was completed.
