I like your instruction because it is so detailed. I am a beginner and have found it hard to locate videos that give a clear understanding of how a fly is created. Thanks.
His fly recipes are in the description above. Here is the recipe, above, for this video: Clouser Minnow Fly Tying Recipe: Hook: #1/0-08 Tiemco 811S Thread: White UTC 140 Eyes: Lead Red Dumbbell Eyes Tail: White Bucktail Collar1: Pearl Krystal Flash Collar2: Chartreuse Bucktail
I have watched almost all your videos (which are great btw) and it has really inspired me to go ahead and start tying my own flies as i have planned on for a while. What vice do you use? Better question would probably be what vice do you think I should get being a novice at best lol my only side note/limiting factor is price. Thanks for any help
This is another well executed and taught fly tying video! Thank you!

Can you use head cement instead of super glue?
Why not?

That's a Regal rotary vise
Does anyone know the size of the red dumbell eyes?
It looks like large to me
I use a size 4 hook and 1/4” red dumbbell eyes. I like to make my flies properly proportionate. Just like with bead heads and hooks. Size does matter.
