    Alec Ryrie could talk about just about anything and it would be spellbinding. Who knew something as esoteric as the early history of Protestant missionary activity in Asia could be so fascinating?

    Fascinating and wide-ranging lecture. One factual error though I think: Halle was (and is) in Saxony, not Prussia.

    Let's not ignore the fact that Christian persecution still exists in China. My family fled from the CCP, due to the arbitrary arrests of entire families.
    It's not just Uyghurs and Xinjiang.
    ....that's just the tip of the iceberg, in a vast network known as Laogai.
