Humid, warm 4th of July weather around Philadelphia; keep eyes on the sky for fireworks

There's some instability in the atmosphere on Independence Day and a chance that showers and storms could fire up as fireworks shows go off in the Philadelphia region. While it's not a sure thing, it's important to have a backup plan, Meteorologist Kate Bilo explains.
