Hi I want to measure myself for when you guys get the online shop back up and running. I'm a little bit unsure about the eye-to-chin measurement. In the video it looks like you're giving the tape measure a lot of slack there. Any specific advice about how much slack/curve to give on that measurement? Cheers.

1. I don't get why body length and weight would matter (but I guess if you say so) 2. The eye-to-chin measurement made in the video looks weird since the measuring tape was not stretched - is it not supposed to be stretched out? 3. The size guide on respro.com/store/product/ultra-light only seems to take body height and weight into consideration when deciding on size of mask
These must be the hardest things in the world to size. Respro state eye to chin size as most important then give you bugger all details or sizes for that measurement. What is I was 5ft1", 30 stone with a tiny face, who knows what I would need, good grief you make it hard as is your website to navigate, enough to make me just go and buy a GVS mask.

Why do you need the height and weight? Sorry, but as a person not expert in masks, it makes me feel suspicious about what do you do with that information.

Just so everyone who is watching this know's i dont know why there farming this DATA all you need is eye to chin YOU DO NOT need height weight neck size none of that JUST eye to chin.

The reason for asking for the biometrics is to ensure that we know the difference between a short heavily built individual and a tall slightly built individual, both having the same eye to chin measurement, both requiring a different size mask. Just to propose an idea (constructively): if many users complaint about data usage, perhaps you could clarify it on the web so people don't need to write conspiracy comments here or on any other place. PD: 3 years ago when I first heard about Respro I also had my doubts on data usage. Nowadays, after reading all the positive reviews, I consider Respro a transparent and trustable company but... at first I was a little bit reluctant.

They use height and weight to work out how fat you are...

Shame there is no proper size chart only a size chart with based on weight, height, this makes no sense, we want all the relevant measurements.
