A young man's first truck, got to start somewhere!
Bring back memories, Red. My dad used to drive white freightliner cab overs back when I was a kid.👍👍👍

!st truck is always the most memorable
Love Day cabs. They all got used up and are gone.
I'm going to restore a 4070B Transtar Daycab soon. To go with my Sleeper 79 Arctic cat truck 4070B. Flat nose trucks are so cool.
They technically aren’t gone, I like to think they are now retired (sitting off the road) and waiting again for a new life either the exact or a similar way they were used back in the ole’ days
Good to see a slab cab cabover, which were rare back in the day. Kroger ran White 9000 slab cabs, then White Road Commander slab cabs and finally the Volvo version of the White Road Commander slab cabs. It’s so good to see an 8v71 318hp non turbo Detroit and a 13 speed with the puck style shift knob. The 318 Detroits were the only engines for which dual exhausts were a performance advantage.
Definitely old school cool 😎 Red! Keep these videos coming
Just the way God intended her ❤
When I saw this truck at the show, I was wondering who owned and what engine that truck had, now I know, Thank You for the info
Ein richtiger ehrlicher alter Lkw 😊
A good upholsterer can really breathe new life into that interior. The Freightliner emblems on the side must be from ‘80 to ‘95. White went bankrupt in 1980 and ended their 25 year marketing deal with Freightliner. Freightliner had to setup their own dealer network that time.
🚛🙌🙌
Blank canvas 😊
Nice survivor truck
Lookin good sitting on that Freightliner
See, here? This WFT had the vertical door latches that continued through 1979 DEC. But how early in 1975 did they start putting those in? Nerdy minds wanna know!
