The thing that we all love about you Jay. And always will. Is the fact that. You stay connected, with the people. That are motivated and inspired by you. Even though I know that sometimes. It gets hard to balance. Because people tend to absorb allot of your energy. But even still. You make and take the time. And that, all by itself. Speaks volumes. Of your awesome and your fortuitous character. So. Keep doing what you're doing Mr. Jay Cutler. Because. You are.The Greatest Mr. Olympia, Of All Time. We love you brother. Peace.
I rarely watch lengthy videos, even when doing my morning cardio. BUT I'm loving these. So genuine, real, pure. I've been following Jay since I started training about 2005/2006. Before that I knew him a little but through my uncle's magazines. Keep it up everyone. You are all truly GREAT. 💪🏻👊🏻❤️
Followed Jay since the beginning in the 1990s, I watched him train at Golds in Vegas in his prime, met him at the Olympia expos and he's giving back generously as he always has. I have copied his routines up until now and I'll be doing this workout later this evening. Thanks Jay! I sure miss living in Vegas and the stellar gyms there!
Bodybuilding and longevity; it's great to see you training so hard and two years from 50--super motivating. I truly aspire to go this hard too when I'm 48 in 20 years!
My favorite of all times! Well, I've 51 y.o. I always stay in 20 total sets. I will try to increase the number of sets in the next workout respecting more my joints with fairer loads for more sets!
I love watching your videos Jay, every video I take all your advice to heart and utilize it in my workouts. I appreciate your videos and time you use to help your fans!
Jay C. I'm new to your channel and I truly enjoy JayCutlerTV, Being a huge proponent of fitness I grew up with Muscle & Fitness and Flex magazines of the (90s and 2000s), and probably still have the large collection of them in storage. I was a huge fan back than and its awesome to see how you've brought genuine quality material to your JayCutlerTV. Continued success for you and everyone involved. "mindset of a champ, always comes from a routine, comes to a vision to a consistency" (Jay Cutler).
I was there the year Jay won.. the first time...the Arena WENT BERZERK...a wave of cheering like I have never heard. The crowd wanted him to win and he did. It was an amazing moment.
Thanks to Jay i am driving through with my leg days since returning from a long hiatus. Through watching jay working out years ago online , jay thought me to warm up the knees first by doing light sets of seated leg extensions and hamstring extensions.
I just want to say thank you to Jay for coming to Idaho Falls, he made our day, he was so nice to my family and me, it was my boys birthday and he wanted to meet you, all the way home my boys told me how big Jay's arms were, lol, it was a great day, again thank u, we appreciate u and everything you do,
So great to watch these videos now cause I actually been to these gyms now. I went to vegas last month to go to powerhouse amd dragons lair. Very nice gyms. Going back next month. Wish i cld of met Jay. Unfortunately I didn’t see him
35:50 I love that style leg press. Our Gold's switched it out for 2 of the traditional style, but that one in the video I get the best targeting of the legs and workout.
Love these videos, I have a busy life, I was going to cut out the gym over summer( I'm at my horses till late...after work) I do gym in the morning before work. You've given me motivation to keep going 5 times a week and of course you've shown me lots of different machines, exercises to keep it interesting, thank you, thank you, thank you! I love going to the gym, I watch you at midnight...motivates me for my morning session ❤
As always thanks Jay for the great advice in and out of the gym. Been following you since all we had were old magazines that my buddies and I stole from the gym…lol! Also thank you Dave for the great camera work, even if it is on the old IPhone 8!
Thank you for being so present and real. You have always been my favorite bodybuilder and you make me want to do better in my sport. Keep going please. Tony from Sweden
Wassup Jay im of course one of your many subscribers. This leg workout video is a good guide for overall lower body training its a great example for bodybuilding and I will follow this when im in the gym thanks keep it up. Good knowledge, direction, and expertise.
Thanks Jay for commenting on older trainers like me, I'm a 62 years old female weightlifter, I've been lifting weights for the past 5 years, 3 with a trainer/coach. Thanks for showing us how to lift as older gym enthusiast and doing it safely and keep lifting even in older age like Arnold! I enjoy your channel.👍🏋️💪
Love this video. Why? Because I am 56 retired bodybuilder and still train similar to Jay. Not as many sets probably because I am 8 years older. But it's nice to see the aging bodybuilder train and maintain great shape. My wife always says why I don't watch the older retired guys. Shit not many still training I tell her. Lol. Thanks for the motivation Mr. O.
@@maritimetees2315 54 just had my hip replaced. Was supposed to be 6yrs ago but old school thinking 😆I’ll work around it. So true. Not the same gym scene as in the 80s 90s. I’m from Surrey bc. I used to train at the original Gator’s gym. Miss those times
Another great video, this is fast becoming my favourite channel on you tube. It may seem strange but I think I’ve become a bigger Jay Cutler fan after your retirement because I’m a similar age to you and I’ve been training for over 30 years so I can relate more to where you are now in terms of training. I mean if it’s okay for a 4 time Mr Olympia to ease off and train a little lighter then it’s okay for me to do it too. It’s all about longevity now. Like you said at the end we want to be doing this forever, train smart instead of beating up the body.
I'm always amazed by the pump Jay gets with relatively light weight for the size he is. Truly gifted. I know half the people watching have now looked in the mirror and realized they have a shovel ass. Cracks me up.
Did legs this morning for first time since watching this video. Would love to see a "FTBB" merch line. First two t-shirts..."no shovel ass"🔕 and a giant arm reaching into a cookie jar.
Never thought about the shovel ass, lol. I'm 54, and stopped doing squats and concentrate more with leg press with other different press machines variations. But hearing your comment, I am adding squats to my routine. That's funny.
Great leg workout, I should focus even more on my legs, unfortunately my gym doesn't have half as many machines as in this great Powerhouse in Vegas ..... I do my best to kill it! For the Olympia I think Ramy will do it again!🥇 Congratulations on being inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame🏆 If someone deserves it then you Jay! Thanks for the motivation! 🏋️ Great leg video Jay and Dave!💪🏻
40 years old and it's a challenge to not use the same weight as I did when I was in my 30ts or 20ts .thank you j for creating content to help us lifters to continue to push forward
Another awesome vid! I'm 50 now more than ever I gotta work on my shovel ass! Haha. One request let me know when your Head purple Otomix shoes comes out, I'm definitely buying that. Keep killing it Mr O
Hi Jay and Dave, Shovel ass...I never heard that one. I couldn't stop laughing. Due to my back being a reck as well as my neck I do a modified squat /dead lift with dumbbells and lite weights. I do the extensions too. I do the lunges standing inplace also, I hate leg day...In my 20's I couldn't get enough leg days. You will usually start to lose your ass after 50 unless you do something like squats. I think you and Dave need to do a pose off? What do you think? It could be great fun...just a thought lol. Take care, Be safe.
